Although, I am unsure of aspects, to me, you need to always seek higher education, learn, teach, profess... I see law, sociology, or politics, religion, in some way. Whichever it is, it needs to be in service or in defense of others bringing peace and harmony where needed in the lives of others by defending them through law, politics, religion/culture.
It all seems like activism.
The first part of an astrological intrerpretation is understanding the meaning of the house and what the house represents.
The 3rd House, The House of Communication represents:
1. The Mind: state of mind, education intellect: thinking, reasoning, how you learn, learning from others, ideas, etc.
2. Communication: writing, speaking, speech, tone, style of...

Moon, Mars, Pluto in the third gives the house significance. You are or should be a passionate thinker feeler, say what you mean, and shoot from the hip... yet, curious, analytical and observant...keeping your deepest impression to yourself... very balanced approach.
There will be challenges in any role taken by your 3rd house but, it is natural in these pursuits... meant to be.
