removing the velvet glove

Im a happy go lucky person. I try to be respectful to the 40^ class and always mind my own business. Im nice and nver deny a person conversation when they walk up to me. But in the same breath, i like to do me and have my fun and may step on some toes doing it. But no intentionally

basically im a good hearted person who wears his heart on his sleeve and i have no problem doing that b/c i can defend myself when need be. But b/c of my friendly soft spoken demeanor, people take me for a bitch

and im not

so it does come a time where i do have to lay down the law, put my foot down and draw lines in the sand b/c ppl seem to always play with the one dog that never barks. So you have to other wise ppl cross you and you reflect on it and get angry
You have to be real with yourself. I hate doing that BUT I HAVE TO simply b/c you dont want to keep getting walked on b/c it wont stop, and the more you let it happen the harder the bang you have to deliver. You hate to leave people burned but you have to set a limit. If you speed you get a ticket, if you murder, you go to jail and this is what keeps society in order. IF you cross people most likely you will get an assertive, aggressive or passive response.

and that just leads me to my last thing, people kind of treat libras like we are to be trifled with. Sometimes we give them the rope, other times we lay down the iron fist. Thats our best quality though, b/c we dont just go around waving our guns shooting at the first things moving. We go thru the course, get the gun license, conceal it and wait for someone to shoot at us before we shoot back-self defense we walk away scot free, you walk away with a bullet and felony assault.
a little dramatic but you get the picture, we only use force when it is neccasary. so has it ever gotten to a point with people where you have to just take the glove off?

I'm right there with you. I've warned people many times "Do not mistake my kindness for weakness". Yes there is definitely a time to take off the gloves and defend yourself. You have to define your boundaries to yourself. When one is crossed, set things straight.
People constantly seem to be amazed at how I can switch from calm & easy going to a stage 5 asshole... then right back to my normal, fun loving, carefree self. I'm constantly amazed at how much people try to take advantage of a good person.

well for me having mercury in libra and venus in libra i think the problems is with libra or people with strong libra placement is that and don't shoot me lmao like every astrologer say and i'm saying it to is the desire to be like by everybody around them so libra will try to keep the peace just to avoid conflict do nice things to keep people around and people dont like libra because they feel libra is fake and lacks a personality because they are so agreeable lol.

now i can say i use to wanted to be like by everybody but i dont care its either u do or dont its your problem.
and thank the earth ima virgo and i'am grounded lmao.

i have a scorpio merc. and venus. I dont want to e liked, i just like to have fun and i dont like being judged for it. Esp. behind my back. I like people to be honest with me and handle th problems they hae with me one on one but thats hard for people

im naive b/c i take people by their word and it angers me when they go against it. Lying to me is spiting me behind my back is just as bad as spittng in my face

@ librasid- i feel ya my anger subsides quickly too, i can return back to being happy and cool headed right after a big blow up. I have a leo moon so i do not hold grudges one bit.
@libraluv, our b-day is 1 day apart!!!! that 8-10 yeards old thing is true for me, when my grandpa was diagnosed with cancer i was 10 and on my 11tth birthday, i skipped my b-day party to go see be by his side, he died two weeks after my 11th b-day, 3 days before my grandma's so it transformed me in a major way

yea, iam very sensitiv to my environment and easily pick up vibes from those around me thats why i need bondaries b/cif im in an environment that is agry then automatically i can start to get a little angry just from parnoia of not knowing whats next, who's gonna blow up on you and you get defensive

What person in their right frame of mind would think any human doesn't have a personality? That's like dumb thinking to me. Everyone has a personality. Now true enough there may be some personality clashes, but everyone has one.



i dont think they saying it in a sense that libras dont have a personality i think they mean because libra agree with everybody just avoid problems and having a hard time standing up for themselves makes it a problem.
member the sun is not strong in libra like its in aries because its fall and in aries it's exalted.

The people who say Libras are to agreeable and lack individualism forget that people can agree to disagree. Everything doesn't have to be a big deal. You're religious (which ever one you choose) and I'm not... that doesn't mean we can't get along. I won't mock your religion and you don't shove it down my throat, we'll be fine. The fact that I don't start fights about it doesn't mean I don't have an opinion, it just means that I accept yours can be different.

Ahhh yes, now I understand. I can see that because it takes a lot for me to get angry at someone. Probably because I'm so busy analyzing what's beneath the anger/attitude, or whatever you want to call it. Like getting to the root cause of a thing to try and figure out a solution. Well, at least that's how I think. Once I've figured out the person I look at whether or not they are worth the negative energy from me and if not then I might just become aloof with the person or I might go off on the person and that all depends on my mood.

thankyou i'm glad you understand i get short burst of anger i have a leo moon hahahaha but most of the time i'm easy going detached and laid back i like to know the why of things as well i love solutions as well i dont believe in problems to much lol.
i do believe in balance i must have it keeps me sane and calm im just 2 damn easy going lmao.
