Scales VS Scales

Ironic it is that Pisces has scales (fish) and Libra weighs theirs LOL
I love my ex Libra and he loves me too. But we both idealize and it ends in much heartache.
We are extremely attracted to one another but that is not enough.
How can this partnership work?
I have air signs in the right places except Mercury (Pisces)Mars in Scorp >_< and my sun is in his 8th house (partnerships).

If you're going to bash, please do not post. I already know the difficulties that can manifest when intellectual signs get together with emotional signs, I'd like some advice please! LOL

It's funny because I feel like this is the only match for a libra haha. My best friend is a fish and her boyfriend is a libra. They have a very intense relationship, it's amazing how people so young can have something that stable. Yes, there are ups and downs but she told me the other day, her libra was in the hospital and she stood by his side every moment and "My love broke right though the wall" he asked her to marry him haha. They are gonna wait a while for that but they plan to move in together soon as well. He always talks to her about her having his children and such. It's so cute. My libra is like "I'm gonna have to have a talk with him mar mar mar" I'm like your just jealous cause no one loves you. Haha. I very much don't and never will. But none the less I think this partnership really workssmile

I was with a pisces for 4 years. we loved each other very deeply and are still very good friends. sometimes i really believe he will be the only one who will love me like that ever, but we had too many differences.
His deep sorrow in his life, which he had a difficult time talking about or working through, affected our relationship immensely. I always wanted to be there for him and typically felt it was a strength to him ( I believe he felt this too...), but when it came down to my emotional state, when I felt discouraged or depressed, he really didn't know how to be a support for me. His reaction was to back away and let me tend to myself. I think he felt if I could do it for him, it was best I did it for myself. I am used to doing that, but in a partnership, I think it is important to help your lover even if you don't know how.
Our sex life, while it started out amazing and awesome, dwindled and became really bad. We didn't have a spark anymore. It was devastating to both of us when we ended it, and I think he still wishes it was different, but I am happy we moved on. I can love him for who is this way, not for who is couldn't be for me.
The attraction will always be there, I think it up to you and your libra to figure out where your weaknesses lie. Try asking each other what you want from the other and then try to provide it. I know from my experience, the effort to please each other and make it work was earnest, but the task was so huge. Very difficult. I wish you the best, it is a great love between these two signs.

LOL wow. Sagittarius89 I think that's the 1st time I hear/read that! That is SOOOO sweet though!! Pisces tend to really nurture and take care, it's our talent LOL and Libras like to be taken care of--to an extent LOL Unfortunately we can sometimes overdo it w/o noticing until its too late. I def. agree with the intensity portion. My Libra and I are kind of extremist when it comes to what we truly believe in which is why we argue so much. I just wish I knew how to get to a middle ground w/ him :0/

A muse a libra I can imagine! Oh man. I find myself going through that sometimes where I feel like I can't talk to my ex b/c I don't think he really gets the depth of what Im feeling. Its like he'll shrug it off and keep on with himself. Its hurtful b/c even though he can't/won't get that deep, I'd expect him to be a lil more sympathetic. But now I'm learning who he really is and how he really functions emotionally. It feels cold, but the reality is he doesn't know how to deal with emotions period, so he doesn't. I don't know what to do there :o/
