Sephora

Do you guys have this beauty store where you are? It's a mall store that sells a lot of different kinds of make-up and perfumes and other beauty items. I went in there tonight to get some colors to go with my red formal dress for the holiday party and I end up leaving the store with a blush called "Orgasm". LOL

It's a nice color and it's actually a good color for me. I can imagine someone asking me what color I'm wearing on my cheeks and I say "oh it's orgasm".

I spent almost $ 100 on makeup and it was only 5 items...can you believe that?

I just bought some mascara there yesterday! I kind of ran out.

My favourite makeup store. I'm really loving the id mineral makeup, oh it does wonders and its good for your skin, so its win win.

I only buy specialty items there.

it's better for your skin because it's lighter and has little to no chemicals in it. I have the bare minerals/bare essentials mineral makeup and it's nice but I find myself applying more of the powder during the day than what the infomercials say.

the stuff is pricey; that's why I don't go often. just got a kick out of the name os the blush "orgasm".

I find does it does because it looks very natural at the same time so it really doesn't make it look caked on. It kind of gives that 'airbrushed' look you see on magazines but on your face.

I got the kit that they have that offers several different shades: the foundation, the bronzer and the mineral veil. It works great, doesn't block the pores at all like most foundations do.
You could always try the sampler and you'll see what I mean.

Love sephora & LOVE bare essentials. Despite all the brain-washing infomercials out there, bare essentials is legit!

I am trying to switch to all organic stuff like body washes and shampoos for environmental reasons, but am finding I am allergic to some of them. 😢

Sephora is like girlie heaven though. I love wandering around and looking at everything. All the packaging etc. Don't think I have ever bought anything there though.

Love life is good. Still dating the Aries. He is fantastic.

Oh no. We've been exclusive forever. Since July or something crazy like that. We email quite a bit everyday. See each other several times a week. Sometimes it is really late and we just crash cause we are both so busy. As a result, I have the keys to his place. He met my mom. I met his mom's best friend. (His parents are out of province.) Met lots of friends. We are pretty much a couple.

It is pretty cozy. He has been nothing but a great guy from day one. Never given me a moments worry. After all the crap I have gone through ... I deserve it.
