Surrounded by people yet feel so alone...

Anyone else have this feeling? I have recently erased all the negative people from my life (which was the majority) and now am left with a small, but very good circle of friends, yet I just feel so lonely.

I know Libras are the sign of partnership and I find this to be true, I just dont function well alone. The thing is I need someone but I just dont want them! I dont have time for a relationship, I have decided to be selfish for once and just concentrate on me for a change so a partner can not fit anywhere into this.

Im working on me and seem to be making progress but I just feel so damn lonely... 😢

Mostly think about myself and my problems, which I have quite a lot of. I am a very private person and even the people that are close to me dont really know me that well. I also dont like to bother people with my issues.

I think it is only when I am in a relationship that I really open up to a person. So I think thats mostly what I am missing, someone who I can talk with and share my problems, and help them deal with theirs.

I am a very bad for "relationship hopping" and this is the first time I have ever been truly single (not even dating) and it just doesnt feel right, even though I know its the right thing for me to be doing right now.

Thanks for advice. Just to say though even though I am a realationship hopper, they are long, serious relationships. My last one was 3 years and the one before that 2 years.

I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to find hobbies and things to do, might start dancing again maybe, who knows, or theres always uni...

but yeah I definately need something to keep me occupied and out of my head!

How's that 'relationship hopping', unless you mean not spending time enough w/out a significant other?
Have a wank if that's what you're missing, but anything that you buzz off will fill the gaps in time til the next guy comes along.
Dancing's a good one,or any stuff tht you didn't keep up with from school/college, etc. Art, reading ?

For the first time in my life i actually dont want sex lol. yeah by hopping i mean im never single go from one relationship to another without a break, usually have someone lined up before i leave whoever im with.

Been reading a lot but i tend to read psychology books which puts me back inside my head! So think i might try a novel or something. Things always turn out alright in the end, i'll prob be on here moaning about the new love of my life soon 🙂

Yes maybe, but arnt we supposed to be at our best when the sun is in Libra??

LS, I feel exactly like you do, the people I cut out that were more damaging then there for my good were 2 of my brothers and their partners...Needless to say it has caused a split in the family and their partners have done their very best to stir with me and try and rock me because of jealousy. It hasnt worked and even if it did effect me, they would never know.

The lonliness for a partner, I feel after a period of time and working on truely loving myself, I am ready to share again....in the meantime I'm fully obsorbed in a project which has all my creative juices flowing...Yes it can still be a little lonley because no one really cares or appreciates everything I am feeling and doing but in reality I do and this project is beneficial to me in more ways than one. But this is were the lonliness stems from because I dont have anyone to share in my enthusiasim....

Maybe you have feelings similar??

It's horrible haveing to cut people of (especially for you as its family!) but deep down it's the right thing to do.

Yes very similar, except I am one step behind you as my creativity has come to a massive block at the moment as It only really sparks when I have someone around me to share my enthusiasm.

The sun is in Libra so hopefully these feelings will soon change 🙂

Then maybe you need to look deeper into you bcos a partner is just an added bonus.
