Virgo/Libra Cusp

Hey whats up everyone, I am new to this site, so I have been reading alot of post... The one thing that caught my attention was the word CUSP, now I never heard of it until I came to this site!
I think I maybe a Virgo/Libra cusp, I say that because my b-day is sept 25th, 1978 and I have alot of libra traits as well as virgo traits...
Can someone give me a little more information on this?
