why does libra man keeps distance

Hi,
Can anyone help me?or give me an advice?
I am a Libra woman and really like a Libra man actually can say I am in love with him.
We work together and spoke 6months 24/7 non stop texting,callings...we ve met 4 times..on our 3 meeting we kissed and all following week I could feel distance..but last time was much close.we kissed passionate and it lead to sex but I stopped it ..i just wasn't ready..later on same day on Friday he spoke normal to me...but when I got back to work on Monday he totally ignored and avoided me..i tried to talk but could feel cold and distance..now its been 2weeks no text ,no calls...just don't understand what happened...what should I do?ignore him too?let it be?will he come back?its killing me when I see him happy to flirt to other girls while I am in tears...i am really a good girl I haven't been with anyone over 5years...he just got close and I believed him...as well he said he got feelings for me and been terribly jealous...don't know what to do...thanks for ur answers xx

Yes he did understand why I am not ready..its not about that I know it...
He knows I am not that easy to get ..told him 100 times...
