Crystals

So I am new to the use of crystals, can any one shed some light on basic crystal work?

Yes crystals just cost you a some of money you will never get back.

If they worked we'd all be doing them.

So if you want them to work for you put them on you and think positive thoughts of how they are energizing you areas of concern and then take them off and go about your day.

If its a minor ailment your body will repair itself. If the ailment is chronic but not life threatening your brainstem will block certain signals throughout the day so you may function but the underling condition will remain. If it is life threatening then you will get no redeeming attributes what so ever.

Good luck and put down the crappy Hokum medicine and go see your doctor.

I use crystals and energy stones (though I am no expert) and they have a profound on my mood, my energy and my aura. I'm not saying they'll cure cancer but they certainly help me to keep my spirit aligned and my energy clear. I recently went to my local wicca shop to build an energy bag for certain life issues that I need to address and from the moment the bag was built a clear change was noticed not only by myself but for those around me. During this stop I also purchased my pregnant sister a moonstone to help her sleep as she's in her last trimester and getting no sleep. She's been sleeping like a baby ever since. I think like with all things you have to believe/want it to work for it to actually work.

Your right you are no expert. Like you say and I pointed out 'you have to want to believe it to work...'

Honestly I'm ok with that. Just like in order for you to achieve any accomplishment in life you have to first BELIEVE that you can achieve it. If you go into a situation already believing it won't work you're already halfway to your own failure. Self fulfilling prophecy comes to my mind. I mean this is the METAPHYSICAL board. That in itself requires some level of faith/belief in the unknown.

But thanks I do enjoy being right! 😉

Metaphysical should have nothing to do with Hokum. If crystals worked we would all use them. Unfortunately they don't. Or you wouldn't be buying them in Wicca type stores they'd be sold everywhere.

They simply do not work. I am not being right or wrong it is a fact that minerals in crystaline form do not affect the human body by placing them on your skin.

If it did we would all be using them. Now that Advil in your cupboard is it real or not? I don't know but a lot of scientific research development has gone into it that says it does. Matter of fact it comes with warning labels that essentially say "We were working on this drug for a long time be careful not to use it in the following ways or if you are in one of these catagories."

Do Crystals come with instructions and warning labels?

No offense but your argument makes absolutely no sense. Chemotherapy works but not all cancer patients use it. Advil works but not everyone with a headache uses it. If the OP or anyone for that matter wants to believe in alternative therapies why go out of your way to bash them when you yourself admit to not believing in them in the 1st place. Meh we could do this all day, how about we agree to disagree! Good chat though :-)

Good luck with your crystals OP and hey if they don't work you could always go buy some Advil. I hear everyone uses it 😉

do some internet research... or find a good book on em.

They are as powerful as you BELIEVE they are, if you dont believe, or are skeptical, they simply wont work. 🙂
