Fighting with the Mundane

We are living in some strange and disruptive times. Many are having to completely reappraise who they are, their expectations of Life and how they will get through these austere times.
All too often, we tend to be sucked into the Mundane day-to-day World and lose touch with the Spiritual aspects of ourselves.
This can lead to anxiety and even depression in the necessities of staying ahead in today's World.

In the Western World, in particular, there are many distractions and much noise often making it hard to find time for your personal peace.
If you are feeling somewhat overwhelmed these days please do not forget how important taking some time out really is. If you can meditate properly don't forget how this can help you.

Remember, you exercise for a strong body but you need peace and tranquility for a strong and healthy mind.
