You know that feeling when you've just had sex... that feeling of absolute relaxation, contentment and perfect calm? Is there a may to 'manufacture' this feeling in oneself via something like meditation? If so, how can this be done?
I find that I am at my most positive, productive, relaxed, happy, contented, creative and clear-thinking in the first few hours after sex, but it isn't practical or realistic to be having sex as and when it is required to maintain this feeling, furthermore I would prefer sex to remain exclusive as a form of intimate expression between my partner and I, not become a tool for achieving something else in my life such that its primary meaning becomes lost. So, how else can I achieve the same sense of calm, contentment and peace?
