how can you be sure that a twin flame is in fact, a real twin flame

how can you decipher whether your "twin flame" is truly your twin flame? are there any tell tell signs?

I want to know too, all of this is just too much

Twin flames are here to teach us. I have found two and though I am in contact with both, one ended badly. Same goes with the person I am seeing now, it is too intense for the both of us..Up and down feeling. I have learned so much from both and they are forever in my heart.

No doubt you have a deep karmic connection, but these are likely soulmates. Twin flames aren't necessarily there to teach, and there is only one twin flame for a person amd many soulmates; IF you meet your TF (most don't) it's usually when you're in your 30's or 40's, after you have worked through other karmic challenges and are ready to understand unconditional love at a higher level.
