This is kind of bothering me. I had been going to a psychic because I needed advice on how to deal with certain people I was feuding with and then, I find out later on that she's also advising the very same people that I'm asking her advice on.
It bothers me because of the inherent conflict of interest involved. I mean, in my profession, when you have a client, you can't also take as a client the person opposing your client. It's just not done for ethical reasons.
I mean, do I have this all wrong? I know that being a psychic isn't regulated by a bar or board but for those who are in the business, is it whoever pays?

Well, I was hoping to hear from the resident psychics or those who've had the same experience.
I did consult my long time psychic friend about this (she became my friend later on) and what she did say is that they can't edit what they see, so they have to tell it like they see it, but she did spot the conflict of interest and said that this could be avoided by recusing themselves from the reading.
That kind of makes sense. If they already take someone in for a reading, then they can't edit so their free will to balance the conflict of interest comes in before accepting the much later client.
