Retrogrades and manifesting?

So, ive been trying to find more information about why exactly people say that manifesting is important and past manifestations come into fruition during retrogrades. Does anyone here have any insight into that? Should I be going harder with manifesting during this time? What about this astrological makeup exactly creates an ideal atmosphere for manifesting? Wouldn't it seem like the opposite would be true? Hoping someone is more knowledgeable than I!

It worked! Sorry, been having computer problems (Government). When you hear about "Manifesting" they are referring to The Magician. If you see slowly, you see the cups (love, etc), the wand (communication, etc), the sword (cutting something out, etc), and the pentacle (finances, etc). With this retrograde you CAN manifest all that you need as The Magician (upright) can do so himself.

If you want to "try harder" to manifest, yes, that's up to you to do that. If you're in love (or want to offer someone love) use the wand to communicate with him. Etc, etc, etc.
