Tarot/ psychic readings
I see people change their predictions.
When I do readings .... I tell people where there is a block... Blocks are fear worry addictions etc... Anything that will stop you from moving forward.... Once those blocks are released then you will see progression.... Blocks can be difficult to let go of.... Like the commenter above me said... Predictions can change ... And they can because energies shift ... It's all about energy... A person can change your energy by what they tell us easily ... You have experienced this before ... A mean remark can set off a chain of events... This is common knowledge actually but really people don't believe it's that simple but it is... Blocks are meant to be released .... This is why you feel discomfort ...aggitation stress ... Causes health problems ... Because it doesn't belong in the body.... So I tell people to release these blocks it's a healing process .....to heal things.... This is what is currently happening in this world ... The killing etc.. Illness ..people dying... It's actually the world going through a healing process ... This is the same with your body.... Note if you get a reader that tells you negative things walk away... A true divine reader will tell you to release something ... If a reader scares you with bad news ... It will create fear in you... Fear is a block period... Hope this helps ... Blessings to you

More specifically, I know that life and events can change, but have you had predictions happen continually (like for years) and have yet to see the results?
Is it possible that your life events may be delayed? And why do you think? What would keep things from going on the normal track? For years??
