Scorpio sun/Virgo moon. But I'm taken, so I just notice these things and move on.
You start registering patterns like that when you're focused on it. If you didn't make the connection that these numbers = his birthday, it would pass right over you, just like all the other times you see. I had the same thing with 11:11, but I've probably seen 10:40 or another time just as much or even more...just, 10:40 means nothing to me.
