Don't you wish you can go and torture these people like them? Beat them and do onto them what they done to their spouse, child, parents, elderly or animals.

BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man is facing multiple charges after troopers say he beat, burned and sexually assaulted his wife for several hours.


Kevin Woodrum, 43, is charged with malicious wounding, sexual assault, kidnapping, strangulation, domestic battery and domestic assault.

According to a criminal complaint, troopers responded to a domestic call about a domestic situation at a home along Chap Road in Gordon on Saturday, Dec. 10.

Troopers say Woodrum answered the door but refused to let them inside without a warrant. After speaking to Woodrum for a while, troopers were able to get to the victim.

Troopers say they could see severe swelling and bruising on the victim's face. According to the complaint, the victim told troopers Woodrum had been beating her for several hours.

She told investigators Woodrum became enraged about 11:30 p.m. Friday and tied her hands and feet to the bed, according to the complaint.

The victim told troopers she was punched and slapped in the head multiple times. She also said Woodrum burned her with a lighter several times, choked her to the point that she would almost lose consciousness and told her he was going to kill her.

The victim also told investigators Woodrum sexually assaulted her.

Troopers say Woodrum also cut off large amount of the victim's hair and pulled her back by her hair as he poured water down her face, attempting to waterboard her.

Woodrum was taken to the Southwestern Regional Jail.

Woodrum is a former Boone County Sheriff's Deputy. He served two and half years before leaving the department in 2004.

BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A man has been arrested on domestic assault and battery charges after allegedly beating his wife.

West Virginia State Police say Kevin Woodrum, 43, was arrested in connection with an incident that happened a few days ago in the Gordon area.

He was taken to the Southwestern Regional Jail.

Troopers say Woodrum beat his wife and even used a waterboarding procedure on her as she was tied to a bed. WSAZ is told the victim is recovering, but she is not in the hospital.

Woodrum is a former Boone County Sheriff's Deputy. He served two and half years before leaving the department in 2004.
Not worth sullying your hands with the blood of the wicked. You're tempted to and if you act on your temptation. You will sink just as low as them. It's best to let justice take care of them.
