Well since I said that the question arose from the book " Escape from Sobibor" I obviosly meant the Jewish holocaust or the mass slaughter off Jews by the Nazis during World War II.

I have this film on DVD, but haven't been able to watch it yet.
A second Holocaust could unfortunately happen again for a few reasons.
1.) Much of the Arab world denies the Holocaust even happened, despite detailed documentation from Germany that it did. There is also a ton of film and photographic footage to verify it did happen.
2.) Much of the Arab world and other countries (such as Turkey) are buying and reading Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf," which is the book that ultimately caused the Holocaust to happen.

There was only *one* actual Holocaust, but there have been many genocides. And there's a reason the Holocaust is distinct and separate from all other mass killings/genocide that have occurred up to it and since.
