Can people steal (energy) from each other?

Can people “steal” your energy, and I’m not talking about stealing it like shut it down, no
I’m asking about (steal) your energy and make it their own!
Do you ever felt like someone stole your energy and use it, something weird like this I just thought about it

Yes, they steal it all of the time. But the problem is they cant steal the source from where it derives.
