It's good isn't it? I usually make a large batch but once I tried freezing it, that was not a good idea.

Favourite foods or soups? I love butternut soup with cinnamon. As for food, spaggetti bolonaigse (no parmezano), Paella & Chicken Briyani.

Mushroom soups, soups in general and seafood are my thing. Also any kind of spicy pasta. Aw, food!

Potato soup is delish! I think there is a bag of Bear Creek brand in the cupboard, left over from sometime chilly.
A big 'ol pot of beef stew with mushrooms and root veggies simmering on the stove is pretty blissful.

I'm told my Shrimp Scampi = A-FREAKING-MAZING
And I enjoy making it. Especially after the garlic hits the olive oil.

i think we've had enough of soups all weekend. Father in law had soup for us last night: Pumpkin soup, (green not orange) was so delicious but the day before I heated and stirred up some Oxen soup, and then before that chicken soup. We're souped out for now.
