Yes, I did for as part of a job interview. They needed a specific DISC type and I guess I fit the bill because I was hired.
I've done both the formal MBTI (INTJ) and the DISC assessment.
I am a high D/I type, with moderate S and low C.
Edited: I think both are accurate. What I liked about the DISC assessment is that it describes how you are in your work environment as well as your natural inclination. It shows how much you compensate at work in areas where you think you're weak naturally. I found it very interesting.

S/C or C/S
You have a blend of Supportive and Cautious traits. From the results we have so far, we cannot tell which of these traits is the strongest for you. You may have a very balanced blend of both traits.
Some words that describe you are:
Careful,
Helpful,
Concerned, and
Considerate
You have both people-oriented and task-oriented traits. You have both outgoing and reserved traits. You probably enjoy doing things carefully using a proven pattern or process. You probably prefer orderly, logical approaches. It is likely that you do not like conflict and will work hard to avoid conflict situations.

Thanks Enoch,
Took the free test and got these results.
"You have a blend of both Cautious and Dominant traits. Your Cautious traits are probably a little stronger than your Dominant traits.
Some words that describe you are:
Analytical,
Careful,
Conscientious, and
Driven.
You are more task-oriented than people-oriented, and you probably enjoy analyzing and solving problems. You probably like to get things done with excellence and a focus on quality."
Seems accurate enough, and it ties in with me being an ISTP.
