When you say each of the quantities, do you mean each individual State or it just has to be "50 states of USA" at some point in the story?

My story is precise and not a whale of text.
I win.
Fuck it I'm posting my story before I was asked, cus that shit was more difficult.
On February 29th we celebrated my Grandmothers 64 birthday. 21 her closest family members came together to make her a sweet sixteen cake, with only 16 candles cus she was lucky enough to be born in a leap year. But since nobody could agree, the cake was baked with 37 ingredients.
Aunt Jacky insisted on crumbling up 13 donuts to complete backers dozen, to honor her late husband. Who died when 17 foundation stones gave way in his bakery causing a box of 63 rolling pins fall directly on him impaling him on 32 wooden spoons that were arranged in a colander. His blood drained out for 47 minutes before he died, time he spent call out all 99 names of Allah before his last breaths. But grandma said it wouldn't have matter since he broke all 10 commandments at one point or another.
Uncle Larry insisted on adding a whole 24 pack of beer to the cake. I guess he wanted so many cus he's always missing something. Grandma said —that boy has lost his marbles??, when I counted his collection once and he only had 34. Mama said he wasn't playing with a full deck, so I guess he's got less than 52 cards. Aunt Jackie said he was missing more than a few chromosomes. When I went to the doctor I asked how many I had and he said I have 23 pairs, so I guess he's got less than that. But I'm not sure why they say that, I did overhear something about him getting caught behind 3 different goats with their asses in the air, and his pants down, so I guess that's why he lost so many of his privileges.
Anyways I added in 40 pieces of chocolate to make sure the cake tasted right. And since they put me in charge of decorating and entertainment, cake piped on 61 circles in pink frosting and picked out 15 of the prettiest flowers to cover up the donut pieces that were sticking out.
I made my grandma a really pretty poster wishing her happy birthday, using all 25 markers from my set, and even though I know all 26 letters in the English alphabet, mama said I didn't spell everything correctly but that I would be alright, everybody would know what I meant.
For the entertainment I set out all the Lego's I had for everyone to play with, even though it was only 20 pieces. But I had a 56 piece puzzle, and even though I only had the chess pieces, cus my brother broke my board, I went ahead and drew out 64 squares on paper so folks could play. I also used some of that paper to fold up and make a 6 sided die, if they wanted to play that too.

She was showing off the new engagement ring her gave her and boy oh boy was it shinny. She said it was because it was 5.6 ctw, with 76 facets Princess cut center diamond, flanked with two 58 facets brilliant cut round diamonds with 14 facets baguettes set all around.
Everything about Aunt Gladys seemed to be extra fancy; her dress had 54 buttons going down the back with 39 feathers coming out of her collar. When I told her I liked her shoes, she told me she had the same pair in 72 different shades of color. I can't see why anyone would need that many pairs of shoes. Mama said it was because Aunt Gladys thinks the sun and the whole solar system revolves around her, I saw her dressing table once, and it was all lit up 41 light bulbs, so maybe that's why she feels that way.
Daddy says that mama's sisters Julie is crazier than 28 cats shoved in a box with 2 turtle doves. On account of her worships the 12 signs of the zodiac. I tried to ask her what that was all about and she explained that in an astrological angle there were 30 degrees in a semi-sextile, 60 degrees in a sextile, 90 degrees in an square. I didn't know what the heck she was talking about so I told her that I know that there were 57 electrons in lanthanum.

Mama told me that he hasn't done much since he was on the All American football league at the Olympics where he was one of 11 players, representing all 50 states of the United States against all 7 continents on whole earth. But I don't buy his story, because I really don't think anyone from Antarctica is playing football. But he was always wearing that shirt with those 5 colored Olympic rings, and carrying around his 44 magnum handgun. He told me once that he shot 19 birds out to the sky in 54 seconds, but I don't believe that either. He also likes to talk about his car, he said he just got 4 new wheels on it that spin backwards when it stops.
But I keep getting the feeling that everyone thinks there is something wrong with my whole family, they just don't stop talking about each other.
