eating at a fine-dining restaurant every after work out

if you were one of the wait persons, would you feel a bit uncomfortable with a guy who keeps coming back to your restaurant alone?

i don't find anything wrong about this but the wait persons do not seem to be comfortable about this. i keep on looking at their faces. they're probably creeped out or something.

i think i understand where they're coming from. i mean, people here in the philippines loathe others who have too much to spend. it's something taboo here in this country. but my only other alternatives are mcdonald's and yellow cab, which apparently serve junk food. i don't want that. i want this fine-dining restaurant and i don't mind if it's expensive.

I hate it when the bakery staff recognizes me. Makes me feel like a needy addict
lol i just thought of that yesterday when i stopped at the new fish market.Laughing

i thought..hmm i am a fish and chips and shrimp addict. and i only went there 2x this past week cause it just opened, grand opening.

i better keep it on the downlow.

Yeah me too. It applies to all kinds of establishments. But if the person is just so comfortably grounded without showing signs of professionalism, I am okay with that...

Who cares, go where you want.

Hell, I go out and eat everyday...the waitstaffs everywhere know me by my first name.

Interact with them and no problem.
Yeah but I'm not so comfortable with their grimaces.

i used to work as a waitress in my teens, and we have regular customers all the time. after awhile they tip you like 20 $ for only a cup of coffee, but they wrap it in a nice brown envelope as if it's secret and with your name on it. the regulars also know all the waitresses after a couple years.

did i find it creepy? not really.... they were always respectful. it's not a strip joint. lol

edit --- @Philiphines folks loathe others who have too much time.Laughing

it's either they are so poor ......

or too wealthy...

after awhile you need to tip BIG, bunny Tongue

why would a waiter staff get uncomfortable for a regular customer, who treats them well and leaves tips?

on the contrary

do you leave tips? saying please and thank you? not being fussy?

maybe they are scared of you smile do you complain? have always special wishes?

no other reason for not liking a paying, well-behaved, tipping regular

I leave tips. I say thank you. Fussy? I want to sit on that private corner not visible to the outside. They keep on asking me if I'm fine with that corner being warm. Lol.

I never complained. No special wish except above.

I just think the people here are not used to the kind of luxury I have. I mean, this is a third world country and saving is every mother's advice here. But I want good food. I don't want mcDonald's. I'd rather spend than eat something junk.

Firebunny keep up with the exercises. You have the potential to look like Clark Kent.
Thanks. I like working out. Gives me happiness and confidence.

Clark Kent? Thanks. But I don't have his jawlines. It's alright with me. I like how I look.
maybe i'm just being overly conscious and taught their facial expressions mean something.

i have this weird craving for apple pie at night for like once a week

that i never even finish lol

my boyfriend works later hours sometimes

so i go there by myself

it's a really fancy place

there's this fumbling, nervous waiter who jots down my order

i do this weird thing where if i feel bad for you

i will be extra nice to you.. i tip the black sheep lol

he probably thought i was interested in him idk

wrote "can i have your number?" on a table napkin

i don't go there anymore
lmao. funny anecdote.
maybe the grimaces are the normal way, how they react smile

PS. remember Miranda from sex and the city, when she ordered a food from the same restaurant all the time, and she tought the order receiving girl is laughing at her? then she went there and saw, that its her natural behaving, nothing to do with the particular customer

how they behave with other costumers?

Yup. I really don't need it. I don't look at magazines and believe whatever they tell me about what good looks are.

Only if they don't tip.
going to the restaurant after workout is wrong
Who cares. Enjoy life while you can. If eating good food makes you happy, do it 😄 You are not hurting anyone
