Facebook Mobile Icons?!-What do they mean?

What do the numbers next to the facebook mobile icon mean vs. the mobile icon without numbers? How can you get facebook to stop showing this info???

yeah, but sometimes it says:
-mobile: on the app currently, I guess
-a time: i.e. 7h (I guess this means you havent been using facebook on your app for 7 hrs)
-no time, just the phone only:....(this is where I'm lost...) What does this mean?
