Well since I'm first I would have to say my Lips. I like my lips, always got to keep them at the ready.
Plus from what i've been told lots of girls like my lips as well, very kissable.
And for the female
I love two things a woman with nice hips/thighs and waist. Oh man it drives me CRAZY!

I have nice boobs. 
But as far as dudes go...I have to agree on lips. I pay the most attention to their mouths in general.

on a guy, i think a nice smile is very attractive. i don't think that counts as a body part, but i don't really objectify people like that. i tend to look more at the whole picture.

Yeah im going to agree with brianafay with lips too and wheelhomies smile part all important qualities the opposition should have! And that's why they call me Smiles, a nice smile with a good set of lips to go with them! 
Ok...I asked my boyfriend to get some male perspective. He says "boobs are neat." Lol.
