GUILTY based on an assumption/silhouette

This is the second most recent case of where someone's career, reputation and livelihood get's destroyed based SOLEY on assumptions. The "thought police" is the new way of destroying innocent people's lives. Meaning if you do something that "resembles" the assumption or think something that "resembles" the assumption, YOU ARE GUILTY. This shit must be stopped in it's tracks. The "thought police". A couple of months ago it was the "cannibal cop" who because he was into some seriously dark fantasy, NEVER carried it out but because he thought it, joined an online dark fantasy group and shared stories, was not only fired, but tried and found GUILTY. He has filed an appeal and WILL win that, and get out of prison, but his life has been destroyed.

This latest one is WORSE. I personally know a few Firearms Instructors. They are typically police officers who have risen in rank, and fully train new cadets, re-qualify yearly fellow police officers, and various departments of police departments, as well as civilians. This guy on the force for 25 years just lost his career and reputation (fired immediately) due to bringing one of his various targets to a shooting range. One of the many targets he brought to the range for training was an outlined silhouette of a hooded character for a "no shoot drill training aid". A fellow officer took a picture of the silhouette because his son wears a hood and made a comment that HE (not the firearms instructor) who nicknamed his son "Trayvon". With that, and due to political work agenda's the firearm instructor got fired because it immediately escalated that these targets were referenced to the Trayvon Martin case. BULLSHIT. This firearm instructor is a fighter and WILL win this case. The mere fact that it got to this point resutling in his job, reptuation and personal life is completely wrong. If it's such an insult, go after the company that made these targets for police training. Fucking ridiculous!!

The entire point of this case is of this guy 25 year police officer and firearms instructor being fired, is for one very reason...an asshole he works with that calls his son by the nickname mentioned, took a picture of the target with his phone and got into the hands of someone who has a vendetta against the Firearms instructor. That is simply it. The ONLY one screaming racism is the guy who wants the firearms instructor fired. He orders the ammo, guns, he orders the targets, the haystacks, the dividers for rooms for active shooter training, the NO SHOOT POSTERS of INNOCENT BYSTANDERS, once a month that MUST get approved by the state of NY in Albany, they are partially funded, the rest the tax payers are responsible for county services. I do know what I'm talking about. This Firearms instructor is being set up by someone inside which has NOTHING TO DO with the innocent bystander target (hoodie guy)...it has to do with someone else taking a picture of the target and sending it on a cell phone. lol..

Are you serious? Ask yourself that again if you were training someone Seraph. The images during a "response training" pop up out of nowhere in staged abandoned buildings owned by the police facilities. (just as fire company's have them for fire training) They test the ability of each cop mainly for EYESIGHT. They MUST observe in a split second who holds the threat. The HANDS are what holds the threat in most cases. The target is there to qualify or DISQUALIFY a police officer into further training. The pictures remain identical other than what is in the person's hand that may or may not be a threat again to train the eye for the threat/weapon. If all of the innocent bystander targets didn't have targets, and the other target who has a weapon does, they are going to pass with flying colors each time. The target is there to KILL and stop the active shooter and where the vital points are and to be able to determine who IS NOT the threat. They are usually given three times to qualify through 3 different scenarios. If after the third try they do not get all correct targets, they are put back into firearms training and retested.

And I'm still going to disagree on the point that regardless of whether or not this man is guilty, he is still being tried via the media before the facts have been established.

The government is currently trying to pass even stricter gun laws, and what we have here is the perfect spin, with the added benefit of little to no concrete facts to get in the way.

For those who think total disarmament of US citizens is a good idea, (mis)using this story to their advantage may seem justified.

But the ends do not justify the means, here, and if they did it to him-- they will do it to you, as well.
