IF I may clarify:
I fervently believe that IF there were laws against "Attiral Discrimination" and included in the list of Hate Crimes, George Zimmerman would DEFINITELY be guilty of those charges as he had, in no uncertain terms, clearly identified someone, whom we now know as Trayvon Martin, by decribing the clothes that he wore to the police. That the police inquired for this information, would have been prohibited under law.

In June, 2011, The government had auctioned off the Unabomber's clothing and effects, including his scrawled "Manifesto" for $ 190,000. (click link below for more details)

I AM aware of the psychological profiling which Trayvon's sympathizers - all the name calling, racist, bigoted and biased speculations and innuendos and uninformed opinions from those who hate George Zimmerman. I am also aware of the same kind of barrage of hatred, name calling, etc is thrown back at those people by Zimmerman's sympathizers.

FYI, Personally, I am coming from a neutral perspective of the impartial spectator of the sport.
At this time, a psychological approach as we have heard discussed in the wake of the Sandy Hook and Aurora shootings wherein the question of the shooter's mind and whether it was stable. Remember the refrain "Crazy people shouldn't be allowed to have guns"?

However, We MUST keep in mind, that Zimmerman was asked for a description by the Sanford Police Dept.
When we look at the Unabomber's "hoodie", we should note that the word "hoodie" is present in the article. - We CANNOT take for granted as to whether the linked article's description, did in fact, identify the Unabomber in George Zimmerman's subconscious mind. - that is whether or not Zimmerman saw it and whether the word "hoodie" stayed in his mind. Or... A psychological implant of word association.
Think about it: Subliminal suggestion -> Hoodie = Unabomber and Unabomber = Bad Guy

We cannot make the mistake that because someone wears a hoodie he is automatically "bad". - that's stupid, and it's Attirist and no different than judging a man based solely on the color of his skin being Racist.

There ARE people who discriminate a person based solely on the clothes they wear.
For example: Women go shopping for clothes - they go through a bunch of different attires and accessories to find that one set that's right for them. There's nothing wrong with that. What is wrong is
when a woman is judged based solely on the style of dress they choose - in a group, a few may
uninvitingly say "girl you look like a hoe" - A Gardener might disagree, but the gardener's opinion
is totally irrelevant. Now why would they tell that girl she looks like a prostitute when they
know her personally as not being a prostitute. Well, that is wrong because it discriminates the profession of the prostitute. While, some may not choose that profession for whatever reason, others
who DO choose that profession may do so for the perceived lack of other options to generate income.
Not all prostitutes do their trade because they want to, some do it because they don't know what else
to do. - for them, it is unfortunately sad, but true.

The point I am making is that there was nothing wrong with Trayvon Martin wearing a hoodie.
Likewise also, there was nothing wrong with Trayvon Martin walking home.

On the other hand, was it wrong for Zimmerman to associate Hoodie = Bad? I don't personally think
that was the sole reason he called the cops. Nor do I think that the color Trayvon's skin was the
sole reason he called the cops either. Certainly NOT on the conscious level.
HOWEVER, there WERE other enumerating factors going on and it could just be THOSE factors that
played a much larger role in the matter. We learn about Zimmerman's motive at the VERY beginning of his call to Sanford PD.

There had been recent burglaries in the community and Zimmerman was being Vigilant.
(Recall Pres. Bush admonishing America to be Vigilant in the aftermath of 9/11)

Why was the "GUY" suspicious?? In Zimmerman's mind he looked like he was up to no good - this is
called observation of behavioral characteristics - He cites traits which might be consistent with
drug usage. It's no different than observing a driver who may be under the influence of alcohol,
in this case Zimmerman cited drug (or something else) influenced behavior. Certainly not behavior
consistent with mental problems. He had observed the suspicious "GUY" (whom we know as Trayvon Martin)
walking around with and looking about - this sounds like "LOITERING" - (Not sure if it was so at the gated community but there ARE signs posted that DO say "No Loitering", for a reason. IF you're illiterate or simply defiant or criminally minded, such signs won't mean a thing to you.
Therefore, Loitering may have been thought with Just walking around and looking about (we later hear
that he was looking at houses - Remember we have to see what Trayvon's side of the events was - we
hear it via our sweetheart Rachel Jeantel's testimony)

Zimmerman: He looks black.

Again, I read that damn transcript over and over and over.... and time and again, I have asked WHERE is the evidence that Zimmerman was racist and Racially Profiling Trayvon, as all of Trayvon Martin's sympathisers, the media and now DOJ ASSUMED exist—??

We KNOW that Jeantel said "CREEPY ASS CRACKA" - No problem at all with that racist remark.
(Though I haven't heard it from her, and need to confirm it, I have heard a rumour that Jeantel said that she meant that Zimmerman was gay and that he might try to rape the "little boy" the media had painted Trayvon out to be - this in turn outraged Trayvon and instead of going home he chose to confront Zimmerman - whatever Zimmerman should have done, doesn't matter - Travon chose to confront Zimmerman and the physical evidence of assault was on Zimmerman - unless Z beat the crap out of himself like a Mr Softie looneytoon, I am inclined to think beating was Trayvon's doing - imagine a grown racist monster being beatin to a pulp by a "itty bitty baby boy" like that.... SMH - that post testimony speculation is just too hard to jive)

We also hear that ABC? or CBS? or NBC? apparently tweaked the audio so Zimmerman is thought to have called Travon a "Coon". -
I think there is a official apology for that "tweak" but it wasn't broadcasted to the hilt like "Zimmerman is a racist" which says something about the agenda of inflaming biased hatred amongst the African-American community into committing the very act they scream and accuse Zimmerman of doing that night. That's hypocrisy in the highest sense and I haven't seen anyone point that out. Maybe people are
afraid to. Maybe they rather "keep their friends" - that's fine. But don't try to feed me a line
of fickle fruity liberal BS if you haven't got PROOF - it doesn't work in the criminal court of law and don't work with the Bird.

To fathom that Martin's death was used to incite a racial tension in a climate where "Gun Control" is
on the minds of the people, suggests to me that it's NOT about racism, but gun control. - Ok...
Here's the part liberals don't think about - Gun control applies to LEGAL Gun owners - ILLEGAL gun owners don't give a damn about your silly laws neither do they obey them. THEY are the ones who break the law. THEY are the ones your "gun control" laws protects. NOT the legal gun owner - Legal or NOT laws will NOT stop someone from killing another person nor MURDERING someone - laws are just words that are in effect AFTER the crime.

Therefore, IF you lived in Florida at the time of the killing and you owned a conceal carry permit, and
you were a police certified neighborhood watch volunteer, you will have gone through some pretty serious training to ensure that you were NOT a loose cannon. - From what I have seen, Zimmerman has apparently gone through this process. All of which would be appreciated by law enforcement, whom, by the way, Zimmerman cooperated. Oh yeah... Cops love that far more than any amount of resistance.
Why? Because it makes their job easier. They are already on high strung alert.
From what I have seen and heard where they get their idea that Zimmerman was a "Wannabe Cop" can be
clearly demonstrated by the apparent Standard Operating Procedures as if "going by the book" - Imagine being condemned for wanting to be a cop (what's wrong with that??), condemned for failing to accomplish that dream, then resort to volunteering for Neighborhood Watch captain, go through the motions of training. Having surrounded himself with gallant men with military experience. IMHO, this Zimmerman guy may turn out to prove all his enemies wrong - I don't know. I DO Know he was described as "soft" and the Prosecutor called him "Mr. Softie" - that wasn't for the Jury that was for public consumption.
The Government wants Zimmerman Dead. And they know that someone out there will be dumb enough to kill him. All they needed to do is let the media pound this man for doing what he thought was right - protect his neighborhood. - Woooooah as the Fonz would say.

A woman could not legally defend herself with deadly force if there was forcible entry into her home, back yard, etc.
Under such a law, Zimmerman could have been murdered or IF he used the gun as he did, would have been
put away. - PROBLEM put your liberal self in HIS shoes and THINK ABOUT IT!
