I had bad dreams last night, kept waking up like four times
and I cried this morning
and now I feel like I am going to cry again
also feeling sick
I feel like I am a wimp and I think I am
pathetic

I had a similar kind of day. Its like I want an answer for why I am suffering but no one is here to give it to me. I find that after I cry my eyes out I usually get in a more balanced, quiet kind of mood and find something interesting to focus on, like a video game or a book. Then I forget about myself in my interest and my mood gets better.

Close your eyes. Think of two colors. One happy and positive, the other negative and nasty. Breathe in through your nose pulling in all that good color, much as your lungs can hold. Hold for count of 5. Exhale through the mouth pushing out your negative color.
Apply as often as needed.
