Why? I don't have the first clue.
But in the interest of having something to talk about and not be salacious about it.
What is the one thing you wouldn't want to see upon entering an SO's place, and would it be a dealbreaker or not?
No crap laying on the floor, and no bad smells.

An rx for Zyprexa or Acyclovir and similar would make me uncomfortable. .

Ew. I'd get a little unnerved by that...
Zyprexa is an antipsychotic.
Acyclovir is an antiviral (think herpes)

ewwwwwwwwwwwwww gross.
hey guys is it depression if your happy all day than all of a sudden you get this overwhelming grief...?

Happens all the time to me.
Going along, enjoying the day, then some schmuck comes along and puts a turd in the punch bowl.
Could be depression.

Also, a blow up doll.
One time, many years ago, when I was much younger, I met this young and hot guy at a dance club. This was all before cell phone era and such. We dated for a while and he invited me over for a dinner. I said yes because he lived in the most expensive, posh area of the city. You could see the whole city and it's magnificent lights from his balcony. The kid was rich, obviously.
Anyways, to cut the long story short, he was showing me his room and there was a blow up doll in the corner!
I said WAS IST DAS?? Lol. And he told me openly liked to practice on it, kisses and hugs.
That was the last time I saw himSad

Did he give it a name?

But just to be fair, in rare instances, there could be off label use for sleep for Zyprecxa and also Acyclovir could be used for herpes simplex 1, but still...the chances are...and if I see Risperdine as well? I am out of there.

You could also:
a) expecting your period
b) need more sun or holidays
c) be an empath/psychic etc

The grief only happens when i think about my x boyfriend and when i see people having fabulous lives, but generally it happens when i think about him.

I believe the term for that is "oneitis"

please don't tell me you also read PUA stuff...

That was where the term came out of.
I tell you, I started laughing at that PUA stuff. All I could picture was dudes running around in polyester leisure suits with a little gold Italian horn dangling on their chest.
But, there was a bit of truth in the term.

We were reading this article where this woman said "I am an 8 always going after 10's guys, being chased by 6's guys. How do I find me an 8?"
LOL, my friend and I chuckled at thatBig Grin

Ok, the problem right there is the woman's perspective.
I wonder if her birthday falls in late July early August.....

I learned few new words/concepts tonight; psychokinetic's, synchronicity, solar plexus.
I like going to the book store.
Even though I was thinking to myself "jeez, you are now old and boring. if this is your Saturday night fun", lol!

Synchronicity is a fascinating concept. Coined by Carl Jung.
He also was the one who formulated the archetypes that you see from Myers-Briggs and the Kiersey survey.
I left my teapot on boil.
I sound like a Gemini right now...

I also learned about Mozart therapy. Apparently, if you listen to Mozart for 5-10 minutes a day, it boosts your creativity and lowers your blood pressure.

I remember an article about Mozart.
It discussed that one of the reasons his music was popular and recognizable was that the progressions within the music stimulated those areas of the brain governing those areas you mention.

One of these days I am going to make herbal remedies thread.
I think that is one area that is under-estimated. I was reading about all kinds of "cure it on your own" remedies. For example, passion flower may be as beneficial as Xanax, and I just bought some today to try it out. So far, so good.
Sorry, I will stop derailing nowsmile

Bah. Derail all you want. This is a thread for the DXP ladies. And I don't care one whit about what you keep in the "dirty drawer", unless you're sharing...Winking

Lol, there are no dirty secrets in my drawer. The biggest thing would probably be old weird books that I am reading/read. Some guys might be alarmed at some of the subjects. But hey, I am a Gemini. I am curious a lot!Winking

Ok. Try me on a subject of one of those old weird books..
Well, I've read "Das Kapital". In the converse, I've also read von Mises' "Human Action".
That "teach yourself alcoholism in 10 days" sounds interesting though....

Oh and "Finding MR.RIGHT: One woman's quest for love and dating after 35"
I am sure any guy who sees this book on my shelf is going to run the other way, hahahahahahBig Grin

Not necesarily, especially if a copy of the Kama Sutra is next to it...

COTC, you are really a good sport
Interest in astrology brought me to DXP.
Another Cancer broke my heart, in all honesty.
Before that, untamed. After that, untamed.
Cancers can be heartbreakers.
Often not because of choice, but because those who "catch one" don't know how to handle handle things. Cancers are, beyond the hard shell, fairly straight forward.
Signs attracted to in my case (order not important):
Cancers
Leos (moth to flame)
Virgos
Taurus (if they ever wake up)
Aries
