I'm 30 pages into a second screenplay titled "Retrospect", which I hope to finish by April 1 (script competition deadline).
In the screenplay, my main character has had 4 heart attacks from high blood pressure. He's a "bottler", basically, and all this anger over the years is slowly killing him.
Anyway, I was doing all this research about high blood pressure and heart attacks and stuff when I first started.
Fast forward to earlier today. My Virgo mum - who's been staying with my brother and me for the past week - tells me to test my blood pressure and whadaya know my BP is over the limit!
Just f**king dandy...
I point no fingers, of course (even though I've been on edge since she arrived) and have only myself and the sun sign of Aquarius to blame for my anger issues and penchant for "bottling" stuff up.
Still, new lease on life, gotta take steps to change the life style , control the anger and pursue peace and happiness.
Because, I, dear sirs and madames, am not having a heart attack. No siree bob.
To anyone else with anger issues, or surpressed emotions, I'd advice you begin to slowly let things slide.
Because anger ain't worth dying for.
Toodle-oo.

you can die from having anger issues? lol i guess Q-Bone isnt far from the grave then lol.

Nah... tension... which raises your BP - which makes you more likely to croak from an aching heart - which is not gonna happen to me, thanks lol

You can die from anger issues. If your capillaries get filled with too much blood, the heart has nothing to pump. Blood doesn't get circulated.
It is more of an issue with stress though.

Sh**, man. Yikes.
Know what this calls for? This calls for a F**K YEAH moment smile
I worry a lot about mine 110 over 65 most of the time but when I am stressed it can jump up to 140 over 80. Damn

I think mine was 135.
I remember once while I was working in this card shop I had this tight feeling in my chest and difficulty breathing and stuff.
The environment I was working in pretty much got to me, you know, it dripped of falseness and people who didn't give two figs about each other pretending to rather badly.
Jolly ol' England, man. Don't know how so many people haven't cracked living within such artificial politeness.
I mean, I know it's the "culture" and stuff, but I also know most of these "civilized members of society" ain't happy.
Anyway, seek peace and avoid what makes you angry at all costs.
Because if you die (from a heart attack or whatever) it wins.
Do you drink a lot of tea or coffee?

Nah. Chocolate though, I f**king love that. Can't say I'm a healthy eater, to be honest (eat only one full meal a day, a portion of chips and piece of chicken breast falling under that category).
I CAN say I'm a VERY angry person. And that the things people do sometimes BECAUSE THEY CAN makes me wish I was a rock or a blade of grass or even an acorn.
Anything but a human being. Even some animals have more of a conscience than some of the THINGS that walk around with clothes on.
Breathe, &2gedanow, breathe lol
I can agree with you on that there are lower forms of life who look like humans but have compasion for there fellow man.
Good question
