LOGGING ISSUES?

Hi Everyone!
I was unable to login into my same account with the same password, it kept saying "1001 error, dxpnet can't log you in at this time"
Requested a password reset but it didnt work either. Has anyone encounted the same problem? if so did it ever get resolved?
Also sent the admin 6 emails!
My old account is still up and running...though
