What placements, energy or aspects cause this?

I just cannot stand today’s average person who is either busy with being obsessed with social media, on a billion dating or phone apps, gossiping or being nosy, envying others, busy on their phones or mindlessly browsing when they are being paid to work, etc. The average person has lost basic decency and the desire to be efficient and impactful in life. I myself am not perfect but I don’t do any of that shit and just want to know where these similar individuals reside.

I personally have Cap and Aqua energy that I think make me extremely intolerant to such people. Ignoring their existences help keep me sane.

My very first exposure to internet consisted of me being 6-8 and going on barbie.com, disneychannel site and neopets. Youtube came a few years later. Oh how times were simpler.

Cap and Aqua placements are probably a good start since both signs are observers of human nature and both are quality over quantity so they're less likely to people please so that others like them. Our company works with a lot of high profile people so I'm used to picking up on people right away. It's even easier here to figure out actions and intent. It seems like some people try to convince others of things that they'd like to be true rather than changing themselves and putting in the effort to make it true. Fake-it-until-you-make-it only works if others can't see through you.

Being dominated by Gemini and air I be on my cell phone playing around and browsing while someone is talking to me. I know it's rude but some people bore me with their talking. Plus technology is made for us Geminis. I tend to think that's natural for gem dominants. However, if the tables turned and they do that to me while I'm talking to them I wouldn't like that. It's almost as if I demand attention but it's more likely I'll just stop talking and walk away cus then I'll think I'm boring them.

I think social media is a huge one. What motivates a person to be so active on social media? That alone can say so much about a person’s character. Whether they’re an attention seeker addicted to receiving likes or whether they are desperate to portray a certain image about themselves to others. Not participating in that garbage speaks volumes too about one.

I can't even order at subway because that involves too long of a conversation with a random person.

Social media is even worse for me. I'm really close to deleting my FB completely because it makes me really dislike people who I would otherwise like. I don't blame them, and understand they are sucked into it like most people. I just don't post dozens of toxic or stressful random links every day of my life, or complain about peoples opinions. I swear people have been trained to look for the most fucked up stuff that stresses them out, then they post it on FB to stress everyone else out.

I grew up really popular and I love to travel to rid myself of it. Lib sun /Scorp moon who people thinks I'm an extrovert but I favor my alone time. I'm only on dxpnet and Twitter is a phantom acct. I hate Facebook, Instagram or anything that deals with people who have the audacity to interact with me. I only interact with people who share my hobbies and those who don't try to ride my fame.

She probably reminds you of dazed cause she’s like in love with him or something. In the last thread she derailed over this stupid shit I even apologized but of course she’s not gonna mention that cause she needs to have the last word to look better and right. Everyone is welcome to see my post history because unlike her constantly deleting and joining in multiple different usernames I’ve only had this account. That alone proves her instability and her shit posts she needs to get rid of so often. She’s a very bitter, hateful person with a lot of negative energy and angst inside her that she clearly needs to get cleansed or it will ruin her mental health. I honestly hope she eventually gets the help she needs but she probably won’t because some people just love to hold onto nonsense virtual grudges.

I haven’t dived into all the e.g. stuff you mentioned but my rising, sun, moon, mercury and mars are all fixed signs and I have Cap and Aqua energy which I’m sure astrologically explains it. I just looked up the yin yang polarity stuff and it’s just the feminine signs that are yin and the masculine signs that are yang. I find it interesting that in other words feminine sign dominant can increase the level of introversion.. I am personally mostly yang dominant and would consider myself very introverted.

It wasn’t meant as an absolute. Once again it goes back to their motives. For instance I used to use Facebook only to share certain life events strictly with my relatives and friends. If someone is on social media only posting pics of their puppies and food I’m sure they’re a completely different person than someone posting pictures every day of every little damn thing they and their family are doing or where they are currently at.

i think social media is great for businesses, organizations, artists, etc for free promotion and promoting others, making things more personable with clients, sharing information and updates, etc. that is if intentions are genuine.

the problem is when people use social media as a distraction from their own lives, obsess over their digital self image so much they forget who they are, and envy how they perceive others lives to be. i know people personally who've bought fake likes and followers and it's like lol for what? there's no integrity and authenticity in that. all this causes so much damage to mental health and real life/in the flesh relationships.

peeps just need some moderation and constraint and to separate their ego gratification from it, fuck the bullshit.

I think that it is also important to, at very least, mention and acknowledge that there is a difference between personal networks and professional networks, as well as that there is a difference between social media and social networking.

The reason I believe this is important is because of the very points you were making and how they apply to the overall dynamic.

Yes there are different markets available and yes that availability does extend to different audience, BUT but I think overall what you were getting at (and please correct me if I am over speaking or am inaccurate) was essentially that the lines invisible lines of separation have largely become blurred. Also That many of the networks which were once separate or that had been geared towards a specific audience no longer do so (or do so to a lesser extent). It is because of this that the overall dynamic has become more 'chaotic' (for lack of a better word).

I would imagine that by simply finding a way to reaffirm some kind of distinction would be extremely helpful, for if a person willfully knows that there is a distinction, where it is they are visiting, and which dynamic they are willfully choosing to distract themselves with that alone would likely greatly improve the 'mental health' of people across the board.

I mean... I want to believe that anyway, but I am forever the devil's advocate, so there is definitely that little voice in the back of my head telling me that it wouldn't work anyway because the boundaries wouldn't be respected which would ultimately put us right back where we are. *shrug*

It's worth a shot. The dynamic has already chaotic and crazy. I don't think trying to fix it could/would make it too much worse if it were unsuccessful; haha.

I haven’t dived into all the e.g. stuff you mentioned but my rising, sun, moon, mercury and mars are all fixed signs and I have Cap and Aqua energy which I’m sure astrologically explains it. I just looked up the yin yang polarity stuff and it’s just the feminine signs that are yin and the masculine signs that are yang. I find it interesting that in other words feminine sign dominant can increase the level of introversion.. I am personally mostly yang dominant and would consider myself very introverted.

Oppositions are also one of the polarities that I was talking with SassyKiwi about which have a lot of influence on the push & pull of things.
