Messed up roomate situation

5 months we have ups and downs. but this was supposed to be temporary. I'm getting ready to upgrade my place and at the time, i invited her to come if she so wished. She's not on the lease.
But, in the past, she punched me twice (I did not hit back I left) Everytime I'm sleeping she wakes me up and then cusses at me for being pissed knowing I have to work. This morning, we both slept on the couch and she walked in the door at 750 knowing I work at 8 and I asked why she didn't wake me up - to which she replied, "don't cuss at me I have an alarm" BUT SHE UNHOOKED MY ALARM AND MY PHONE WAS DEAD SO SHE COULD PLUG IN LIGHTS!
I want her gone. But I can't.
I am illegally subleasing to her one, two I write her paystubs for her portion of the bills and she gets mail here. Therefore I can't legally kick her out.
What do I do. What advice can I get. Ask anything I'll explain it all. It goes deep.

Give her a written 30 day notice before the end of the month. Have the Marshall serve it. She will have to be out by July 1.

Yes she does. So I go to the Marshall and have papers served? Does that cost money? She is using my past as a threat because I'm currently on probation for a DWI. So I'm scared to do anything rash.

I got a tape recorder I'm case she comes home.drunk to record her because she's been gaining eveidence on me since day one.

She has eveidence in texts and letters I wrote that could harm my probation violations.
Gaining evidence? Be careful not to violate your probation in any way so she won't have anything.

Technically, she is a tenant, and depending on your state's laws, a landlord will have to give a 30/60/90 day notice. You need to find out what your state's laws on on that.
She will likely give you hell during this process. However, if you do not have a violent history and it is your first time on probation, you will likely not get in trouble too much. ESPECIALLY since most law enforcement agencies realize during a contentious proceeding like evictions, many people will make false accusations to cause issues.

Get a restraining order and she will have to move.

I left first off. Have a friend d in another apartment here,and I came home the next morning and told her if she has a problem to talk. To never touch me a g a I n.

Everyone is giving good advice. My two cents...make it uncomfortable for her to live there. Nothing violent. Just do things to piss her off. I myself would never come into another person's home & behave that way so ms girlie is definitely dealing with some demons. If she hits you again call the police. Learn all the rules so you know how to break them & get away with it. And if possible find connections of your own.
