My Boss is a Bitch/Dealing With Female Boss

First off... No one is the boss of you.

These people we conditioned ourselves through social standards to refer to as "boss", are simply just people in charge of managing YOUR work ethic.

They aren't the boss of you. Their responsibility is making sure you're doing your job and doing it right.

When you think about it - no supervisor, manager, white hard hat, or etc. has the label "boss" on their nametag or check stub, as a position title.

I think it's a big difference dealing with the sexes in every situation.

I've worked for many places, but I've never worked for anybody.

I'm currently in the automotive industry -I do automotive retail part-time, collision repair and refinishing as a student, and body work, mechanical/electrical, and refinishing as a hustle.

I am ready to quit my job selling auto parts at the store.. My manager is a straight up bitch and shows blantant favoritism.

It pisses me off so much and I be wanting to put hands on this bitch like a spa massage.

I genuinely think she's jealous of me. I am a student about to graduate and will be doing more with my life than any AutoZone manager ever could accomplish.

I have more automotive knowledge than any of my peers in the work space.. I do many different installations, besides a simple battery installation that most of my co-workers can do.

All my boss does is install batteries and I think it pisses her off that I'm capable of doing much more for the store than pulling through a simple 3-step battery installation. I think it bothers her that I'm in school.

I've never called off, maybe came late a few times.. I do my job thoroughly and offer my services.. I get up early in the morning to come on time to my opening shift. I wait outside for my manager to get there for opening... When I know your manager should be there before you.

Anyways, I knew when I found out I would be working for a woman - I was gonna have some problems with her eventually.

I just have a few tips of winning the game of her emotional, vindictive, and sometimes UGLY Jekyll and Hyde nature..

Whether you lose your job or keep it... My number one advice is to never kiss her ass.

People think ass-kissing is being nicer than you have to be, or following up behind every little thing someone does.. But it's simply not validating someone.

Don't compliment your female "boss".

She comes in with new hair, so the fuck what... She's still unattractive. Even if she is attractive, you will gain nothing by telling her she looks good.. She already knows this and only wants to hear it from someone else to get some serotonin for her estrogen.. Just DON'T.

If you do comment about her hair or nails or anything.. Do a simple COMMENT.

Her nails are orange..

"Your nails are orange. Orange is one of my favorite colors". (this makes you sound like all you think about is yourself. A good thing. Fuck that bitch. And her nails.)

Her hair is different than yesterday..

"You looking real Destiny's Child today."

- I actually said this to one of my assistant managers, she just laughed.. It wasn't a compliment or an insult. It wasn't anything. She just laughed. I wasn't trynna make her laugh either. It's just that she reminded me of destiny's child with her hair...

Like what the fuck could that even mean?? "You looking real Destiny's Child today".. What tha fuck is that?



When your boss is talking to you.. Have your best poker face.

Don't look around, don't give her too much undivided attention, don't nod your head, and don't say okay or uh-huh.

Women tend to talk more than they need to.. I know many women that over-do a joke, for example.. They can't just say a joke and when they get a laugh.. It's over. They gotta explain the joke, or say it again in different way or something.. They just gotta talk it to death.

Same thing when women are explaining something.. They over explain. When you get told something, your female manager WILL over explain..

And because you KNOW she's over explaining and using many words to inform you - why should you act like you're genuinely interested in what the fuck she got to say??

Give her eye contact, keep a poker face, and walk off with an "alright".

You don't have to act like she just gave you meaningful information like most people do.



Don't talk shit about your female manager... It will get back to her. Especially if there are other women in the environment or an ass-kissing male.

Let's talk about the ass-kissing male for a moment.

He's the female manager's best guy... He's not the alpha male of the environment. (I can talk about who the alpha male is, but he's not important right now.)

He jokes with her, fetches for her, buys food with all the co-workers, eats food with everyone, always suggests ordering food and trynna put on for it. Basically, just over engaging with everybody. Especially her.

But you can tell he has limited respect because she doesn't hesitate to jump down his throat and write his wrongs.. Talks down to him.. But in the end, let's him get away with everything.

Anyways.



When you do something wrong or mis-perform a task... Don't necessarily APOLOGIZE, but just admit you were wrong. This is one thing most women aren't capable of. They can't admit when they were wrong.

Simply say "I made a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes. Will try my best to not let it happen again".

You may think it sounds ass-kissy.. But you aren't APOLOGIZING. You aren't making an excuse either.

You are displaying you can take fault, unlike HER ASS. You are demonstrating responsibility, UNLIKE HER.

Most importantly..

Don't be being ALL IN HER FACE.. Don't joke with her, don't talk about personal things or ask her anything personal.. Don't give a fuck. You should think about her as little as possible. This goes for talking behind her back..

I'm not saying think little of her.. But think of her as little as possible.

This is how to survive having a female manager, supervisor, "boss"...

My manager is a high estrogen female.. She's also a Cancer which does not help. As a female, high in estrogen.. Nothing she decides is logical. All her reasoning is based on emotion, and this can make or break a work environment.

When I first started working there, I threw all redpill out the window.. That didn't help me. It got me no respect, no appreciation, or consideration.

Because if you throw away the logic that she's a female and this is how females are, it'll just be bad for you.

I'm basically saying.. "My manager is a woman. I know how women are. What am I gonna do about it? I'm gonna act accordingly to dealing with a woman at work."

Life isn't as simple as most people try to brush it off to be.

People are toxic, fixed, traditional, bias, racist, homophobic, prejudice, emotional, self-centered, hurt, pained, paranoid, etc.. And you have to act accordingly to everyone in order to SURVIVE.

I had a bitch of a female boss. A virgo.

She was an undercover scam artist and I was the only one to suspect.

After she verbally abused me for months and no one listening, I left.

She was later discovered to have embezzled funds and was fired.

I never received an apology from my past employer.

Truth be told I prefer to have male bosses vs women. Women do tend to be emotional and let their shitty emotional way of thinking derail right into the workplace.

The present Aries sorta reminds me of Bitch Pudding. Blonde haired, big ass, ex soldier, and high energy. Hired all black folk. She is so direct, it's comforting. I love to watch her take balls.

Why are you teaching people to disrespect you when you become a boss? Seems dumb.

Anyway, this is true with any manager. They don't own you, and there is a limit to what they can do. If you're confident and don't over-explain yourself, you're much more likely to get to do what you want.

I've had crazy managers of both genders. The most emotional was a woman, but the worst by far was a dude. He was such a dumbass.

I'm not teaching disrespect but to command your own respect. I never disrespected my boss but I ain't kissing her ass either..

And I don't wanna be anybody's "boss", I wanna be a leader. Big difference in my opinion
