Okay psychologists and unwilling therapists, I need some of your insight. A couple days ago, I tried MDMA for the first time and discovered that I acted like a mother to my group of friends--making sure they drank enough water, brushed their teeth, washed their face... and made sure everyone had a fun time. Drugs are supposed to open your mind up and let you see a different side to your normal sober personality. It allows you to look into your subconscious and the things you might not normally express. The entire time I still felt in control of myself, rational (not too paranoid), but just happier. The thing that really surprised me was how I acted like a mother. What are your insights? What do you think is hiding in my psyche?
Youre nice. And take care of others instead of focusing on yourself.

Aren't drugs supposed to make you more fun?
You sounded like a Virgo and that's exactly what you are therefore you're merely acting on your instincts, it's all fine Winking
MDMA will make you feel like you want to care for people more, especially the first time you do it. It's called the "magic" and unfortunately it starts to fade over time.

But making you concerned about your friends is why it's called an empathogen. That's the point of that drug. That and light shows.

All that it say about your psyche is that you're capable of compassion.

That is probably also the role you have in your group of friends but not the mdmamaxed out version
What's the MDMAMAXED out version? Tbh I'm usually the follower and kind/helpful observer of the group. That day I was more demanding and took the lead.

Rational and like to be in control/dominance. I am pretty sure you have orchestrated the whole situation such that it wouldnt result in anything you dont want (no sex etc).

Yeah. Pretty much. I made sure all touches and cuddles were platonic and didn't respond to more. I was sleeping with a male friend and he likes to cuddle. He had his hand on my thigh and then caressed my hand. I looked at him and he was looking straight at me then moved my hand onto him. I just let him and closed my eyes.

Thanks for the tip. I drank lots of water but didn't take any vitamins. I'm guessing that added to why I had a headache. Thank you
