So besides this twin flame meaning - which okay, maybe it's real, but if the Cancer guy I met is my twin flame he is literally breaking my heart almost daily, and I don't know if that's part of a twin flame.
Anyway. I will literally be doing anything else - cooking, reading a book, walking the dog - and I happen to look at my phone or the clock at these times. It's been happening for months and months at this point, multiple times a day. I started taking screen shots with my phone because it's become that ridiculous to me.
Anyone else ever have this happen? Besides the twin flame theory, is there any other reason it happens? Maybe scientific, like my body knows what time it is and my head doesn't and I just keep looking at the clock?? lol

Yep, for a freaking year now. It has died down considerably in the last couple of months.

There is a scientific explaination for this. It has something to do with your body being used to looking at that specific time or something to that effect. I look always seem to look at the clock at 8:43 (or 8:42).

I've had this happening before.But it stopped before I realised. N my sister has been complaining about the same since few months.Bless her, she thinks she's special. Lol! I just laugh it off n ask her to calm the eff down.
