Not much of a Sonic fan as I always liked Mario when it came overall fun and variety. But I like Sonic the Hedgehog games as well. But the new Sonic game that's coming out apparently called Sonic Boom. I feel a mortified. I feel like they're going to repeat Sonic 06 again. BUT THIS SHIT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!-
Knuckles is on fucking steroids. I like the Action/adventure feel they're taking the franchise in. But changing Knuckles and making the game exclusively for WiiU and 3DS, along with bringing back some old memories like that. They will be doomed to repeat the past.
I will never understand why a company would go ruin a perfectly good game.
Ever.
It happened so many times with games I played..ugh.
Such worries in life.....
Hope you can get through this rough time.

It seems most common with Sega. They've ruined the game so many times and yet they got the nerve to keep it up.

I think it's because there's only so much you can do and/or add to a series. If they keep it same old-same old in every single game people would complain. But they also complain when they try something different.
Second reason is the audience. People who played these old-school games as kids are not targeted customers anymore. They have to modify characters and gameplay to new genertions, while still trying to somewhat please the old fans (moneymoneymoney).
It's the same with popular bands. Guns N' Roses still exists in theory even though the lead singer is the only remaining original member. Why change the name when you can still get money based on the already existing, popular one. Not profitable. Everything is commercialized.
I'd love it if companies would just leave good old characters with history be and come up with new mascots for new, young players. Reboots are starting to make my head spin.
Yes, let's stick to the fucking story and the main character. Is that so hard?
Great point with GNR. I absolutely hate Axl and it's like in the recent years he thinks he's the whole band.
I saw the new GN'R live. That DJ Ashba guy keeps them somewhat fresh. Axl is used up imo.
I sorta like the new knuckle design actually. I mean come he punches things. I'd even give tails bigger tails while I'm at it. Truth be told I have no idea who that pink whateveritis. Stopped playing sonic after sonic 3.
I stopped playing Sonic after Sonic Rider Zero G
I'll always remember the soundtrack!

I still like the old Sonic Games better lol. Sonic 2 was my favorite. Im not too interested in the new sonic game. They do got a new tv show coming out, so i might watch that. I hate this new game even more because we not getting it on the PS3 or PlayStation vita. Hopefully this game does well lol.

Sonic 1 and 2 are legendary games.
I have been close friends for over 23 years with a guy I would classify as a brother more than a friend, and the friendship started when we would play Sonic The Hedgehog on Sega Genesis.
For Ninja Gaiden fans out there....
