Can't remember now the historical or coin company i had bought it through; i've had it for about 6 or more years now. It's roughly the size of a dime, tarnished gray/silver, edgings not perfectly round anymore, but you can definately still see some of the interesting inscriptions and symbolism on either side. One looks to be of a standing figure. It really makes you wonder how many or who's hands it had actually passed through. And of course, every coin is worn different, so no two would ever be exactly the same.
Quoting a bit of the history, it came with:
"This solid Silver Drachm has survived the centuries to tell us the story of early christianity. This ancient coin was minted under the dynasty of Azes II, Satrap of the Kingdom of Sakastan from 35 B.C. to 5 A.D. Historians believe that the great Azes sent his representative to the Holy Land seeking proof of the birth of the Christ child. Called Caspas or Caspar, he was one of the Magi who gazed upon the baby Jesus, and offered gifts to the King of Kings. Caspar's journey was financed by these Silver Drachms, which he no doubt carried with him to the Holy Land. Also, it is likely that the gifts of frankincense and murrh were purchased with the Silver Drachm of Azes II."
