Dear meat eaters,
I'm sure you're all not aware of the true suffering animals go through to make it on your plate;( would you kindly consider giving just a few moments of your time to watch these educational videos?
The animals thank you Winking

You can preach all you want... I'm still gonna eat meat.
Not watching your videos either, seems a lil morbid to me.

See you don't even have the courage to actually see what you eat and the suffering animals go through!
It seems like your really getting agitated by my posts Tacky. Even siding with violence towards someone with a different life style then you! Maybe it's time to look inside yourself.
My chart is for friends only. Sorry! But thanks for the interestsmile
Also please understand you are a specious specific pacifist. Which is hilarious, but not really ;(
Farm territory. Hunters paradise. I've seen animals get butchered, I still eat them. Crusade all you like, it's admirable in its way. Eat what you like, don't eat what you don't care too. Makes no difference to me. Nor does it change the fact that the cutie pie in the wellies will be 250-300 lbs. of delicious on the hoof in several months. All the shock vids in the world won't keep me from tucking into glazed ham and rolling my eyes in ecstasy. Have a tremendous ( and carrot laden ) day. smile
I see a lot of repressed guilt. Keep the animal jokes coming! It just proves my pointWinking
You know, there used to be slavery in the united states just 50 years ago. (although slavery still does exist, sadly]
People like me, those would would speak out- were outed. Yet, look at what those few accomplished! Think about that next time you get hungry ElvisWinking
LOL Repressed guilt. More like moans of delight.
Have you actually watched some of the animals scream in terror as they are brutally murdered?

Let's stop trying to be funny and actually be mature for a moment.

ugh, I have to stop missing words in my posts...

The auto correct on this thing sucks. Lol
Actually I am being quite serious. I was raised in part on my mothers farm. My father hunts. I've seen animals get slaughtered. I have helped in cleaning up afterwards, cutting up bits and pieces. Plucking chickens, et al. I have witnessed rabbits screaming like a woman getting poleaxed. High strung from the scent of blood and death in the air. All manner of beast. Do I tremble in joy witnessing an animals demise? No. Does it stop me from eating a pork chop, or a lovely bit of fried rabbit, tucking into a damned fine venison roast? No.
If you want to come down to brass tacks anything eaten was alive once, even on a rudimentary cellular level. Protein is a necessary fuel to feed the building blocks of our body. Yes it can be sustained from things such as legumes, tofu, alternate sources, however. It is utterly a personal choice whether or not to be raw, vegan, etc. If that's your choice it's absolutely fine. I wonder though why you feel it necessary to make post after post. Eat your Kashi, your flax, your quinoa, your brown rice 'meatloaf', your Morning Star sausage patties and feel alright ducks with the world. I see no problem with your choice. The only issue I have is with you ramming it down everyones throat.

I'm not ramming it down anyone's throat. You chose to read my post and respond. And morning star farm uses eggs, so I don't eat that Winking
You've numbed yourself to the suffering you and your family has caused other creatures. That's fine, not the way I would live-but God gave everyone free will.

Aye, so He did, as did He also give us everything in it to sustain the life breathed into us.

Okay, now I'm being serious and asking ... not to debate you, or begin a debate because I truly am trying to understand what you are saying and your beliefs. Now you have slung out quite a few times that the majority of us are dumb, ill informed, and among other words misguided. Asking questions such as these, informs, therefore spreads knowledge. And I ask because at first it seemed you were saying all of this because no person should kill or eat animals. But then I'm reading that you feel its because of what it can do to the human body, and causes, etc. I have vegan friends, BUT some dont eat meat because the feel its inhumane where other friends dont eat meat because they dont feel its good for the human body.
So
A) You don't eat meat because you dont like the way animals are fed, raised, and killed all in the process to supply markets, etc?
vs
B) You dont eat meat because you feel NO animal should die by means of 'human hand' no matter what.

C) If an animal died of natural reasons, do you find it okay then for human consumption? For people to eat it then would be okay?
D) What are your thoughts on over populations of animals, more specifically what would be deemed live stock, farm animals, bear, deer, wild turkeys and chickens, wolves, etc. What are your thoughts if they become overly populated, to manage it or not manage it?
E) Do you believe it is okay to kill an animal if it is going to harm you? Cougar, bear, wolf, dog, etc.

I don't eat meat because my body is not a graveyard. It's not only unhealthy, but contributes to the suffering of millions of creatures.
If an animal was hard core suffering because of an illness then I might be for putting it out of it's pain- but I feel the same way about humans.
Don't manage.
If an animal or human was trying to harm me, I would do everything in my power to get away.

Thank you for answering. I understand your views better.
I agree with you one part bacon bits. Its unfortunate that the execution process of butchering isn't always clean and quick.
