How do yall feel about this? They put it to a vote and it's official now. Within the next few years the U.K will be leaving the E.U.

I think it's a good move. Let the rest sink or swim with each others' money.
Markets don't like change; stocks will rebound.

I'm more concerned about what I'll do the rest of my summer, so I frankly don't care.

That is why such important decisions should not be left to the average Jo, ignorant Flo, idiotic Stu and xenophobic Jan.
They are not even fully aware what they voted for and why.
Democracy means you choose your leaders. Let them decide what is best for your country after consulting the experts.
I'm neither British nor leaving in the UK, but this genuinely upsets me. I think it will backfire in many ways.
Feeling really bad for my UK friends, they are all in their late 20s and absolutely devastated today.

not really into politics or what's going on, even though it's most likely important. ::: shrug:::: but somehow I don't like the idea of them leaving. I heard about the death of what's happened to one of their own, and its sad, it probably didn't help the fear. it just seemed as if they are more isolated than ever. well, I expect that a lot from islands. UK always wanted to be separated. They had even this plan to build a bridge where cars can actually drive to the UK from European countries instead of taking a boat on the English channel, but they refused, saying they love the feel of being an island. isolated. it kind of protects them too in a way, since back in the world war 2, the germans had a hard time I heard getting there.

"We demand change!"

omg...I don't believe what Trump is doing.
Scotland overwhelmingly wanted to remain in the EU, and he's hauling his orange ass over there (where he's already loathed, or so I heard) to 'congratulate' them for 'taking back their country.'
smh
wtf is he DOING?

Yo if the UK was putting money into the market and getting nothing in return for it then the union would appear to have no benefit for them.
Only negative outcome could possibly be increased trade restrictions for the UK with the EU now... Which that would totally blow.

After reading these posts, it is not surprise why millennials are so deeply despised by the other generations.
The fact that you losers believe the financial regulations, government laws, rules and other dictates for the UK people should be determined by a bunch of nameless, faceless and unaccountable bureaucrats in Belgium says it all.
No one, but NO ONE, should be telling the UK what to do except their elected leaders.
You idiots have a lot to learn about good government and laws.

You are a disappointment, Tiz.
The fact that you side with Dickbreath in a move to overlook the will of the people in favor of government tyranny is very telling of your character (or lack thereof).

Tiz, you and Dickbreath are advocating that the will of the people be observed ONLY when it is in keeping with your twisted socialist bullshit mentalities.
However, when the will of the people is against your socialist shit, you advocate government tyranny to overshadow the people.
In terms of historical figures, you have more in common with Stalin than you do with Churchill.

There's a lot of time to see the effects of this.
There is also a possibility of UK staying as a EEA member(European Economic Area if I remember correctly), where it will still be part of the single market but out of the EU (:
Too soon to say anything.

Personally if I approve of it or not. Well I see the E.U as a sinking ship and the U.K was quick to get off of it before they sunk too. Now in some ways they can deal with their own issues and worry about themselves. If it truly helps them in the long run then maybe it was the best choice.
