Unpopular opinion time

The irony of an internet forum is that the members should be allowed to have intellectual discourse on every topic without getting attacked, except attacking is the one thing that is prevalent.

Now, I understand why this happens, but I won't get into it. I figured it would be interesting for everyone to participate in this by allowing opinions to be stated here that don't necessarily appeal to the masses.I'm always interested in seeing the other side of an argument, but usually that doesn't happen. Oh, I'm sure this could cause a few fights, but I'm interested in seeing if people can communicate without immediately resorting to attacking. Call this a slight social experiment if you will. This doesn't have to be just about astrology. This can be about anything. Remember, these are opinions that aren't universal; ie the opinion that goes against the popular opinion.

Let the venting begin.

I'll start off with something simple.

Sometimes I think dogs suck. I can't be bothered to take them out half the time when they have to piss. I've always been more of a cat person.

I don't care for big butts. I like shapely ones, toned ones, cute ones. But big ones? Nah. They can be too distracting sometimes, and not in the good way.

I think your experiment wont be very effective Candeh 😛 you already revealed it was meant as an experiment, which you should never have done in the first place!

I think all consensual acts between legal age adults should be legal as long as no outside parties are affected against their will, whether it be drugs, prostitution, gambling, even suicide, that is only if he/she doesn't have anybody to support, etc. I also prefer the company of a wise old man over a young hotshot. I say that because the internet has allowed the youth to wizen up to the treachery of the old timers, so to speak.

I also think that most marriage is prostitution as it is, and the divorce lawyers are the pimps.

Women being catty and hating each other is a myth, and I went to a girls school😛 my friends are almost exclusively female, they're super loyal and empathetic.

I am starting to feel the same about dogs. Their dicks i think. I mean i love animals and dogs but i'm sick to death of getting bitten and attacked by horrible munting disgusting little dogs that have no respect for the greater species. i.e. ME!
So i say fuck you to all the strangers that look at my baseball bat whilst taking my morning stroll on the way to college.

agree, i prefer cats really. dogs never get enough of playing with you whereas cats know when to leave it, or they just get fed up of you quicker.

i think sports is the biggest scam going in this country. especially in schools because that is the core of where schools rely on for money.

97% of the shit you watch on television DOES NOT FUCKING MATTER-WILL NOT EVER FUCKING MATTER.EVER. please turn it off and only turn it on when there are political debates/news.

i cannot help but despise people who use their brain less than they should-especially non white people, because i honestly expect that shit from white americans more than non white americans. sounds bad but it is what it is.

100% of revenue accumilated through the athletic department at the University of Arkansas goes to the athletic department, no the school itself.

Even if what you said was true, in that case, without sports supporting the school, you wouldn't get an education becuase the school wouldn't be able to function without it.

you say that like it would be detrimental to my well being-if i didn't have a government approved education-everything i see in school i can find on youtube- but anyway my point was its a scam because these kids have no idea what they fuck is going on when they are told by school administrators walk around and broadcast to the whole school "HAVING SCHOOL SPIRIT!" and "HOPE ILL BE SEEING YOU AT THE GAME TONIGHT" and "COME OUT AND SUPPORT US YALL" while the school administrators know fully well what they are doing. thats cool for that university, but mine is a poor highschool losing federal funds because kids dont give a fuck about grades- so i really doubt that that moneys going for a high cause.

The 2000+ kids that are buying into the bullshit are paying money for tickets to the athletic department. The AD keeps that money to improve their department, buying better sports equipment, and paying for trasportation to AWAY sporting events.

The rest of the school is funded my property taxes.

i don't get the appeal of big weddings.

same here! i can just about take gore, unless it's something overly disgusting like the saw movies-that pulling teeth scene nearly killed me. but i won't watch ghost horror movies. noooo thanks, lol

The only reason drugs and prostitution are illegal is because these are the industries that can not be taxed or take inventory of product.

I don't agree that assisted suicide should be legalized.

I never saw that movie. I think the suffering have every right to end it, assisted or otherwise. And no, I'm not really suffering myself, I'm just a Libertarian. I believe people should be able to do as they wish with their own lives.
