Not this shit again.
So she didn't feel it was rape until someone else defined it as such? And now she suddenly feels raped.

Needless to say sex is a consetual thing but guys usually don't ask "are you sure you want to" and girls don't always say "no" even if they feel that way. To conclude, if he makes you an omelet in the morning there must have been some major communication issues at play... or he simply feels guilty because he knows he fucked up and is trying to smooth things over.

Why would anyone have the desire to eat after being violated like that? Why would you even stay until morning with a "rapist"? I don't get it.
I can't read the whole story, but it makes no sense to spend the night with someone that just raped you, for if you were to take the matter to court, nobody would believe the rape story. One woman here lost a rape case in court because she took a taxi fare from her rapist the morning after the incident. I mean, you should be disgusted by them after that...you wouldn't even want to touch anything they've touched, I assume. I'd rather starve or walk from Cape to Cairo than accept money/food for someone that just forced himself on me.
