one of my exes was a genius financial analyst. perfect gpa all though out college. she is 27 now and has an okay position at jp morgan. it's a man's world and it's hard to trust a woman with your money. at least that is what the old guard believe because of the emotions put into investing. though men have a lot of ego into it as well.

I will have 2 or 3 Snap Fitness gyms by then and each will be running at full membership capacity and I will be travelling. I'm opening Number 1 in June π
Congrats! I'll even crack open a bottle of champagne in June when you do. It won't count for much, but I'll do it! haha. Big things ahead.click to expand

In 5-7 years time, first of all it'd be nice to still be alive. Inshallah π
Other than that, have my magazine in circulation in print in at least one territory, and have written three books.
Not asking for much eh?
I learned in my own time that setting time limits to certain goals can actually stop me from achieving them. So I'm a fairly big believer in serendipity nowadays. I think that's the spot where ambition meets humility, for me (only speak personally for myself - by all means I think it's great when people have goals that work for them).

Thanks, I'll be sure to announce it, I'm just waiting for it to come out of council now and can't wait to start my 6 weeks pre-sales π
Maybe you can do a feature article for me to advertise in a local mag here π
Now that is definitely something I can do. Maybe not immediately if the deadline is within the next week, but in the week after next for sure. Give me something brief to work with/the general theme you want to get across, when you're ready, and I can expand it into whatever kind of article you want.click to expand

I see myself in a software architect role, or being on the business end more. I don't see myself in management though, I still don't think I'm a management person. This could be possible though. I probably will be looking at buying my first property, and have some sort of functioning investment by then. In 5 years I think I will be settled into a boring family life in some way. I do think my dating life will fall in place, so I'm not so worried about that. I'm more concerned about my career and finances. I believe that I'm keeping up enough with trends in the market enough to still be able to make a decent living. However I think I'm at the point in my life presently where I'm weighing my investment options, as well disciplining my money management. I am getting to the point where I'm slowly becoming more financially responsible, and I should have a good amount of money saved up in 5-7 years. I do have a feeling the woman I end up with will have a fairly different personality than me, but someone who was a heavy partied like myself. However she would be at a more settle down point in her life as well. I still have some party years left in me, but I've been slowing down as of late.

I also wanted to mention that in 5-7 years I will also be in a corporate job like I'm in today, but I will probably be transitioning into starting my own business as well. I'm not sure what type of business that will be, but I do believe I'll probably be doing part time independent consulting at that point.

You could be in control of a private, small back by proxy at that age IMO. It would be near impossible but still achievable. They'd never give anyone the outright title but you could have that kind of control. My friend was only 23 when he got his way to partner at a private bank. But a really comparatively small bank. Interesting clientele but not really the kind of money under management that would put tremors into the world.

OOooh sweethearts I almost joined a Snap fitness, but then I went with Anytime Fitness which is also 24/7 and close to my place. I only just joined because I really need to kick my own ass into gear! Now I wish I'd known you worked for Snap, you may have been able to persuade me otherwise haha.

Not just young women; young men too. For PR issues, a bank CEO is often older to give the impression customers' monies are more secure.click to expand

Actually, where I see myself in the NEXT year or two is well-off and famous and pursuing my love of acting and fashion.

When asked today during my interview where I saw myself in 5 years, I told the director I saw myself in her position.

HMMMM....
Ugh well I plan on opening my own practice and I'm hoping that I'll be able to back investors by that point or have saved enough to go independent.
After that it's all about management of the home life. I have an idea of the type of home that I am seeking to purchase, a long term purchase actually. I'm willing to put work into it to make it the home of my dreams. I want something large enough to support a growing family (we don't have children yet) but I want something that will be large enough when we decide to have children.
My Virgo tells me that in three-four-five years he expects and wants me to have my first child lol. This is his timelines by the way, but I agree. I like that he plans these sorts of things in advance, far advance. I agree though. I'm almost ready to have children and when I do I want many, many babies. Maybe three or four---more if I could afford to or have enough time to properly raise them babies.
I also want to be back to a size 4---I'm currently a size 6.
I want to incorporate walking my dog more...I feel bad about that, I really want it to be a constant daily thing. Not just every other day...she deserves to go for walks and I love her.
I want to take on gardening like a Martha Stewart pro.
I want to be involved in a catering company, I love food!
I want to become more involved in my community, especially vendor street food lol.
I'd like to try one dangerous thing----anything.
I want to repurchase the family cabin and land------and bring it back to life.
