Which element is the most powerful?

This topic was created in the Miscellaneous forum by RealTalk on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 and has 33 replies.
I believe all of the elements have essential functions that are of great significance, but some seem to believe that one is more dynamic than the other. What is your perspective?

Ask Captain Planet...

He's our hero, and without him, all the elements would be terribly polluted anyway.

My perspective is the same. Each element necessary. A cohesive whole working in tandem to sustain life. Not one more important than the other.

The Earth absorbs water...Winking
If we're talking what each element does then hoarding is useless (Earth), and uncontrolled emotionality is useless (Fire and Water).

"Run out of earth and you run out of air, water and fire. Run out of water and you run out of earth and life. Run out of air and you lose fire, water and earth. Run out of fire and you'll freeze in most of the world. Without fire some might be able to survive, but any of the others go missing and it's over. All are needed for human existence."
