His nonchalant carrot-chewing standing position, and the famous "What`s up,Doc?". I really liked that. Very clever but unlike the Jerry mouse from "Tom and Jerry" he tries to avoid conflict, but if the antagonist pushes him too far, he always knows how to win. 🙂
