What else is there to say? It's either that, or give people an idea to think that it's in their own hands..which it is NOT. I live in a very violent & vengeful society where people believe an eye is for an eye & that doesnt solve much in MHO, only creates more tension. So yeah, justice IS in God's hands or maybe it's in the toothfairy hands. LOL! This too shall pass, but it doesnt mean that it hurts any less..a young life was taken & it's a shame.
Even here some people are seething over this case. The "machete boys" are drooling for GZ's yellow ass- just tells you how many people are still obsessing over brown/black vs pink/yellow skin tones *sigh*
I just checked the African-American forum @ Topix & it's sad how many white people are currently taunting the black community. The top threads as we speak are "Are blacks all cowards like Trayvon?" "Black people suck", etc. There're many comments along the lines of "Traygone's death = minus one ape" LOL! So yeah, it seems like many people are pushing for mob justice. I pray that black people don't take the bait & further fuel the "blacks are too emotional & violent" BS. The Lord serves his justice very slow & ice cold & it's going to happen to all those who see this tragedy as an opportunity to become comedians.

We knew, the media knew, certainly the prosecutor knew that they didn't have evidence ..... then went for 1st degree murder anyway? ... instead of going for something they COULD prove, such as manslaughter?

Looking at Zimmermans broken nose and bloody head and watching the trial and reading everything written about it makes me now wonder what would have happened to Zimmerman if he had not shot Treyvon first.

I actually just read the jury was given the option of finding him guilty of manslaughter.
So...the jury found that Zimmerman acted in self defense. He was tried and a jury of his peers decided the outcome just as the Founding Fathers intended.
