Ruining lives? He made them rich beyond their dreams. Now tell me which sane parent would choose money over their child's wellbeing? They were quick to run to the courts as if they were genuinely hurt & wanted to keep a 'paedophile' off the streets...well until they saw those zeros on that cheque. I know not one single parent that'll back down from something like that.

I can't say I ever "defended him" but, I'm most definitely a big fan and will always be. If there is one person in this world who deserves all the praise for changing the music world forever, it is Michael Jackson because that is exactly what he did. His personal life had nothing to do with his music. He made amazing music and that is all his fans should care about. His legal issues were his own and those allegations were never proven. Even if he was a molester, it still wouldn't change the amount of talent he possessed and what he did for the music industry.
Did you see him molest a little boy? I sure didn't so as far as I'm concerned he's innocent until proven guilty like everybody else who goes on trail in the U.S. And if there are people who truly don't believe that other people in this world would do just about anything for some money then they are living in a fantasy world.


so if it came out that the president was molesting children should we just look the other way and only care about him running the country. Is that all we should care about?

I think he envied them to be honest. When he was around kids he turned into a kid himself...I've seen a documentary done on him by Martin Bashir. He later made fun of him & Michael was deeply hurt by that, for he let Bashir into his private world. I think he was too trusting, JUST LIKE A CHILD.

I think he was an extremely sensitive person so i don't know how its possible to harm children, remember he grew up in an abused home.
just like people get really involved with their dogs saying that they're completely loving and pure...i think MJ saw kids like that, pure, not as tainted as the adults around him.
i think what bugs me the most is the fact that his kids don't even look like him or have any tint of black, the dude totally hated himself and his blackness.

He did music for many years, it was like a 2nd nature to him. I've heard of children who are referred to as 'music genius', like that piano playing kid they sometimes show on tv. Plus he sucked his thumb in his sleep ffs lol...which grown man does that? LOL.
NO I didn't know about his homosexuality, but I suspected as much. Being homosexual still doesn't mean he is a molester, though. It just meant he liked men, men he could get anywhere if he needed some arse.

The judicial system would be the one handling that case, the jurors and judges would be the ones who have to worry about those legal issues and can't just turn the other way. The public only gets to decide if they would still like him to be President. We would still need someone to be the leader of the U.S. If those allegations were proven he would be impeached anyway but, if he had done good things for this country those things would not all of a sudden be void just because of his actions. We would still benefit from them wouldn't we?
Michael Jackson wasn't the President though, what he did with his personal life did not affect the important decisions that this country must make in order to remain intact. I never said "anyone should turn the other way", if he did molest those children then he should have faced legal consequences but, it still wouldn't change what he did for the music industry. Would our views of him change? Most certainly but, he would still have people defending him musically.

I dont think being gay has really has anything to do with molestation. I just find it odd that he never dated men openly or even admitted to being gay..in fact he tried to hide it very much...that is a red flag for someone who has been accused of molestation.

Well i think he was a sensitive kid and the childhood abuse he faced really stunted his growth in other areas, sexuality included, why i don't think he molested those kids. He was asexual as hell. i mean no chicks every came out and said they slept with him, no men, etc...it's very odd for a star of that caliber and he was the biggest to not have even a hint...i also think mommy dearest and her religion confused the boy...

Well that's still your opinion. You have no proof, you're just going off of your preconceived notions of what you previously heard from what other people claimed happened and what you've observed about his life. And that's your right, if you want to form an opinion that isn't based on any factual evidence then so be it.
My opinion is that I could give a shit if he molested kids or was a virgin or if he had surrogate children, I just enjoyed his music. I never knew him personally. If he did molest anyone then I agree that he should face the consequences but, I would still like his music and him as an artist. I wouldn't defend him nor talk bad about him, I would just hope he got the help he needed. All I'm saying is that we can't just assume someone is guilty and even if we do it wouldn't make it so.
