Why don’t more men fight for abortion rights?!

I mean, y’all want them too
They say that apparently there’s a lot of men out there, especially post Covid that don’t want kids. All I want to know is where are they? All the men I meet want kids, and I’m not even talking about ethnic men.

I’ve been on a quest to find someone who doesn’t want kids.
Cause they dont care

Only ones that probably care are the ones that actually plan to stay with their partner.

But even then you would think they would be more commited to not getting pregnant in the first place

I believe that a woman’s body is her and hers alone and not the few men in the decision making.

I fully support and an advocate to support whatever choices they make.

Personally I may freeze my sperm and I have helped when get “help”. The plan B is great besides the nauseous a day later.
What are some men gonna do when they “secretly “ ask/demand the woman to get an abortion when abortion becomes illegal?

Men have developed such covert ways to abuse women I’m sure they would get away with it. What did Tristan say to his mistress? I’m not gonna help you so take this $ 75k and move on basically. He never mentioned abortion.

Tristan, he sure did say that

You’re post is right

As long as you have money you can always fly your mistresses overseas for legal abortions while legislating to ban it for your own constituents.

I feel all humans should be unable to breed from birth, then as they grow and become responsible can apply for breeding.

That would solve everything. See everything doesn't have to be so left or right.

This will never happen though because the left wants to pretty much kill the country and babies in every way possible for profit while the right wants to force people to have babies because the lower class runs the economy and makes the government richer.

Who determines the barometer for breeding?

It would be set up in a way where the human itself decides by the path in life it takes, and how well it does. Kind of like a credit score.
Do you think men will end up killing pregnant women?

They already do? Pregnant women are more likely to die by homicide than any other pregnancy related causes.

Agreed.

Men with means always find a way but for the ones who don’t…murder

I deleted my previous post because in the circles I’m in are men with means to find a way to not endanger their stream of income. I have no kids and it’s not by accident if you get my point.
Pregnancy really doesn't have to be a life altering experience for men, maybe an inconveniences, a financial liability. So its just doesn't seem to be a high priority.

Getting the government to subsidies Viagra isn't a priority to me.

Well right now it doesn't matter if they ask a woman to get an abortion or not, it's still her choice and decision. So probably men feel they have no rights in this debate anyway just as always.
Maybe if men were able to conceive and end up with an unwanted pregnancy, they’d then fight more for abortion rights?

Because men are trash.

Not all of them peachy. I know and have known some very good men

They should if they don’t want to get stuck with child support for an unplanned pregnancy

Ive seen so many times where the dad is ordered to pay child support. Theres so many ways around it and usually the guys are the types to somewhat succesfully navigate around it.

Thats why i said they dont care. Its almost always more responsibility for the woman(physically). You usually dont hear guys argue against cause they dont care in the long run.

Although they should not only cause of child support but it creates an unbalanced society when those kids grow up.

Fathers either care to be fathers or they dont

For all the pro birth conservatives out there I have a question.

If life begins at 6 weeks shouldn’t child support?

Men were fighting for them a generation or two ago back when obgyns were mostly men but in the recent generation it is mostly women in obgyn and mostly women in general fighting for abortion rights. The idea was that the obgyns at the time saw firsthand the dangers of abortions attempted by non-physicians. Additionally there is a growing feeling among men that they and their rights are under attack so they dont have the energy for it, but there are still men that will stand up for abortion rights and even more that would vote to allow them if given the opportunity.

It’s always stumped me that conservative want everyone to breed but actively cut social programs that help children. Which is why I call them pro birth not pro life.

And that’s another thing…

If the government is gonna force 14 year olds to give birth the least they can do is pay for it. Looking at you Texas.

I don’t think it’s any coincidence that our maternity death rate is so high, especially in comparison with similar income earning countries with universal healthcare.

Still your more likely to be murdered as a pregnant woman then to die of pregnancy related reasons. 2xs the rate. Homicide is the top cause for maternal death in the states. Depressing.
