After you adjust your pic, click save in the top right corner. On the next screen, right click and "Copy Image Location" ...
I'm having a hell of a time trying to give you the format to put it in, the forum recognizes it and tries to use it...

Open arrow brackets with a shift ,
then an img src (that's the only space used)
next comes an = sign
followed by two " " you paste your image location between them
then close arrow brackets with a shift .
