Zodiac And Bosses

Aries bosses are cruel - all the more because they will shower you with praises and support only until you are useful.

Here, I was talking abt myself 😛

I have said certain things under certain situations which surprised even myself later on.

And scorps are no different - they wouldn't even praise you.

I answer to a Leo - and I have to agree that he has got infinite patience. Never holds grudges and has better ethics than me - on a macro scale. On tactical issues - he can be cunning and manipulative. I am upfront while he can be slippery - but at the same time I can start spewing venom wildly when I get mad but he never crosses that line of decency.

I agree that most bosses use people as tools and disgard them when they are useless.

They will generally ask this when they hire you : are you profitable?

Leos do make great bosses. My mom is a Leo and does well being the leader.

My ex-boss was an Aquarius - we got along Great.

I seem to always report to air signs, they're nice but are always too damn happy for no reason. Every single day, I mean how can you be so happy at 6:30 in the morning? This is truly beyond me? They also brush up things too much, especially the Geminis.

I answer to Virgo...She's never happy and doesn't like anyone in the office but my male Gem co-worker and her drama queen Cappie sidekick.

My boss is a gemini. He's okay at times, but I personally think he makes a terrible manager.
He's corporate's little poster-boy, brown-noser. He takes credit for everyone elses accomplishments. You hear more of what he'd like you to be doing rather than what you already do right. He doesn't stand up for his staff...etc.

My direct supervisor is a scorpio. I get along with her much better. She's not as uptight or high-strung. She's fair.
Really, she's kind of cut-throat - she'd throw you under the bus in a heartbeat and stomp you out on her way to the top. But she's seemed to have tried everyone but me, so we're still cool.

everyone at my office is a capricorn...no seriously...like at 70% of them. when january rolls around there's a birthday everyday (there's one day 3 people have the same birthday) and everyone has to stop what they're doing to sign the card, sing happy birthday, blow out candles and eat the dessert of their choice. they all ask for pie too. apparently capricorns LOVE pie 😄

Worst Bosses To Have:

Virgos -- drama kings and queens. They try to 'over' control things and they just end up stressing themselves out along with their co-workers. I usually get along with with Virgo bosses -- I have one at each job lol -- but they need to take lessons on how to manage.

The fact that they think they know what they are doing is their main downfall.


Aries -- They can be hell to deal with. Right now, I work with an Aries but we are both managers so we are on the same level. If we were on a different level, I know things would be different lol


Cancers -- moody and quick at back-stabbing. Simple as that, there are very few cancers I would trust in the workplace lol

Its a toss up with air signs.

My favorite bosses were Caps and Virgos. They were very straightforward and did not sugarcoat shit. They didn't expect you to kiss their ass, but just do your job right and thats it lol. Now my new boss is a Leo and we're not hitting it off to well.

Taurus boss.. pretty boring, doesn't say much, she's sort of an acting supervisor and doesn't care about too much.

The actual boss of my company, who has since departed was an Aquarius. When I began to 'rebel' against her, she freaked out and tried to turn Taurus against me. It didn't really work. Taurus was terrified of her.
She was not a popular leader.

Previous bosses have been Taurus & Scorpios.

My favourite boss ever was a Libra. He got fired, mind you. 😢

i can see aries being not so good bosses. mostly because personally, the last thing on earth i ever want to do is have to manage people or have people working under me. i cant handle people depending on me to tell them what to do or having to review their crap when id rather do it myself and i know it's gonna be done right the first time. im a major control freak and i can admit that so i work in the perfect industry for it 🙂

Agreed on the Aries bosses. My Aries is a "boss" of sorts and he is an ASS to his guys. He's plain harsh sometimes. Being that he's infantry I know it comes with the territory but I feel sorry for those boys under him. I tell him all the time to lay off those guys but he seems to think it's nessisary to make them "tough". Poor guys 😢

My boss is a Scorpio woman. Luckily I'm on her good side. She's not really a fair boss. She judges people by character rather then work ethic. I've seen her fire people she simply doesn't like. My Cappy co worker and her hang out all the time outside of work so if Cappy has a problem with someone at work pisses her off Scorp will confront them. I stay the hell out of that crap. I don't think it's fair.

My Cancer boss is a descent boss... he's not a micro-manager and as long as we get our work done let's us be. He also seems genuinely concerned about his staff and their well being.

I have a staff of about 45 myself and the rumor mill has it that I'm a good boss - every time I hear something like that from my staff I always say that I need to try harder to be mean.

Oh, my Cancer boss can be really moody at times though. And when it's one of those days we stay out of his way. If we need input from him on a project and he's in a mood, the project can wait until we feel he's approachable again. (he has no problem calling people stupid either - worst I got though was "you're not using your brain", at least it implies I have one)
