Tell me--
Are you a punctual person?

Or do you arrive late to virtually everything? smile

I arrive virtually late to almost everything except for job interviews lol. I have no idea why.....I will be ready on time but for some weird reason waste time walking back and forth doing nothing. Pliz tell me I'm not the only one or there is a reason
You are not alone.
I've almost tried to make a mental cloak that's 30 minutes earlier than it really is just so I could be on time but god help em. Work is fine, anything else I just seem to get distracted so easily.
For most things, I end up on time. For important things, I end up early. For hanging out with people or something to that nature, I may end up late. But, most of the time I get places on time.
Late for most everything. I have to be really conscious about being on time for something. I usually have no explanation for my tardiness. I've always felt that I don't live by the clock.

Same.
The "getting ready" doesn't take me that long-- it's the 'walking around doing nothing' that gets me.
Like.. oh, do I need an umbrella/ did I get my phone/ may as well do this, since I have a couple of minutes.
Why can't I just leave early??
Or-- I do all of that first, and leave myself 5 minutes to get dressed-- but I need ten.
I don't understand it.

I think I like that explanation-- I don't live by the clock.
But I set all of mine fast. Big Grin

you just explained what I go through lol. My friend just told me yesterday that he will teach me how to tell time... And I was like why? His exact words "I think either your phone doesn't tell the right time or you don't know how to tell the time. We need to do something" lol was supposed to meet him at 9:30 and didn't show up until 10:20. Shame. But I just can't help it.

LIES!

Tongue
That's commendable-- is that just how it happens, or do you need to work at it?

It just happens. I give myself a lot of extra 'relaxing' time before I have to go somewhere, so if I'm taking too much time finding clothes or something else, I just end up with less time to relax. I'm pretty good at keeping track of time, though. When I'm late, I'm still usually aware of the time.
